Bruno and his team at Prismaat were very helpful and professional in helping me achieve my temporary residence status in Portugal.
There was aneve a feeling that I asked too many questions, and I did.
Even though their office is not in Lisbon, where I was, they had a colleague accompany me and basically take care of everything at the final step when meeting with the authorities. It was very reassuring.
I have already recommended Bruno and Prismaat to a friend or two who are considering the move. My daughter also used their services that renew their status.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance in processing their status in Portugal.

Prismaat was worth every penny in facilitating our move to Portugal. Their assistance getting our visas, drivers licenses, SNS and everything else necessary for our relocation was amazing. Their customer service is fabulous and put our minds at ease. Could you do everything yourself? Yes. Could you could climb Mt. Everest without a Sherpa? Yes, but why? Prismaat is the best investment we made in our relocation to Portugal.

Prismaat has been very helpful during this long process of getting our residency. They are attentive and honest, and they led us all the way through to the finish line (or the beginning of the marathon really!) We will keep working with them for the rest of the journey to getting our citizenship as we have had nothing but good experiences so far with Bruno and his team.

We moved to Portugal almost 2 years ago and we were so happy to have found Prismaat. They are very professional and helped us with everything from getting bank accounts, health numbers, looking over house rental contracts, being with us at our residency appointment, and of course finally getting our residency cards. We couldn’t have done it without them. They are always quick to respond via text/email, very kind, and they speak great English too. We’re now working with them to get residency for our kids and we will always use them for our future needs as well. We highly recommend them.
