I recently purchased my Son a Canon EOS…
I recently purchased my Son a Canon EOS R7 camera package with 3 lense's consisting of RF 50mm F1.8 STM/RF-S 18mm-45mm/RF-S 55mm-210mm,it also came with a Kamkorda Flash/Tripod & Camera bag,by far the cheapest on all the websites I visited & the postage/packaging was 1st class,I would definitely use them again,great experience when I phoned & very knowledgeable staff so it made the buying experience very straightforward for myself as I have no idea & the pinnacle of this was my Son was totally over the moon,I have also recently purchased him the RF 100mm-400mm to complete the package (for now 😂) to continue his love of Aviation photography.

Title: Repeated Broken Promises, No Dispatch, and Refusal to Cancel – Avoid Pro‑Camera
I placed an order with Pro‑Camera on 2nd August, and they took payment the following day on 3rd August. What followed was a sequence of missed commitments, non‑delivery, and refusal to cancel despite the item never being dispatched.
Timeline of events:
• 2nd August: Order raised.
• 3rd August: Payment taken immediately.
• 5th August: I chased the order and was told it would be delivered on 11th August.
• 7th August: Received DPD shipping information, but DPD stated the parcel had not been dispatched by Pro‑Camera.
• 9th August: Received a product feedback request from Teefo for an item I had not received.
• 10th August: Chased Pro‑Camera again because DPD still showed no dispatch.
• 10th August: Pro‑Camera reaffirmed delivery for 11th August.
• 11th August: Checked DPD again — still no dispatch.
• 11th August: Pro‑Camera changed the delivery date to 14th August without explanation.
• 11th August: I formally cancelled the order, but Pro‑Camera refused, claiming it had “progressed for despatch” despite DPD showing no receipt.
• 11th August: I instructed my bank to recover the funds.
Throughout this process, Pro‑Camera repeatedly made commitments that were not met, provided no evidence of dispatch, and refused cancellation even though the courier confirmed they had not received the parcel.
This experience raises serious concerns about reliability and transparency. Based on my interaction, I cannot recommend Pro‑Camera. Customers should be aware of the risks before purchasing.

We are sorry that this order did not reach the successful conclusion either party wanted, but we feel it is important to clarify the circumstances surrounding the delivery commitments mentioned in this review.
The order was actively being processed and our team was working with DPD to progress the shipment. When the customer requested firm delivery dates, we escalated the matter and passed on the delivery information being provided to us by the shipping team at the time. The dates communicated to the customer were therefore given in good faith based on the information available to us.
Unfortunately, there were difficulties progressing the shipment through the DPD network and some of the information provided to us ultimately proved not to be 100% accurate. While uncommon, this can happen during periods of high shipping volumes when parcel movements and depot information can change.
We appreciate how frustrating this was for the customer, particularly after being given an expected delivery date. Our team continued escalating the shipment in an effort to get the parcel delivered rather than simply leaving the order unresolved.
When the customer ultimately decided not to proceed, the shipment was recalled and the order was cancelled and refunded.
We regret that the delivery did not go as planned, but we would like to reassure prospective customers that the dates communicated were based on the information being provided to us at the time and were not commitments made without attempting to fulfil them.

ordered canon 24-105 f4 lens
ordered canon 24-105 f4 lens, promised next day but lost by DPD and delivered a day later. Assumed this to be a brand new lens but came in white box and opened packaging. Lens cap faulty despite 2 telephone messages and now 4 emails cannot get a reply. Have contacted credit card bank to reclaim payment as within 14 days of online purchase. So disappointed with what I thought was a genuine trusted seller.

Warranties Are Worthless With This Company So Beware
A Tamron 28-300mm lens that I bought from Pro-Camera three and a half years ago with a 5-year Warranty developed a focusing problem so I contacted them for help. They asked me to check a lot of things that I had already done myself. I suggested many times that I believed that it was something internal and a bit more serious with the lens and it would have to go to Tamron for further investigation. They suggested sending the lens to Pro-Camera for a clean and it may solve the problem. Many times I suggested that the lens needed to go to Tamron for investigation but they continued to avoid doing it. They said that Tamron had a waiting time of approximately 8-12 weeks for repairs and I needed my lens for a holiday. I had dealt with a Tamron repair before on another lens so I sent my lens off to "Fixation" who are the main Tamron UK representatives for repairs. My lens was examined, repaired and on it's way back to me in just over 1 week! I have since asked Pro-Camera if they would honour the 5-Year Warranty and cover my cost but they have said that I should have sent my lens to them so they are not. I believe that Pro-Camera don't know who repairs Tamron lenses or possibly any lens as they don't do repairs just selling. Just to let everyone know and I told Pro-Camera this, I paid for this repair myself, the fault was identified as a focusing failure and it would have been a valid warranty repair. Pro-Camera said that I should have done this through them but I would have been here this time next year, still arguing with Pro-Camera if I hadn't done it myself. They were doing their utmost to avoid honouring my 5-Year Warranty and lens repair and I am just glad that I have got it repaired by a company that knows what they are doing and not Pro-Camera. Avoid them is my advice as when things go wrong they will do more "ducking and diving" than Tom Daley.

We did offer assistance under our warranty process, which required the lens to be returned to us so that we could arrange the appropriate assessment and repair. Unfortunately, the lens was instead sent independently to a third-party repairer without our prior authorisation.
As a result, we were unable to manage or authorise that repair through our warranty procedure.

First class service. Needed some advice on buying some camera equipment before committing to a purchase. Pro-Camera offered excellent advice about the new mirrorless cameras and the best lenses to buy within my budget. Once purchased delivery was made next day by DPD. Couldn’t have been happier with the customer service and fast delivery. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be back again for my next purchase.

Terrible service, do not use
I ordered from this company because it said it was next day delivery and the reviews said good customer service. Sadly neither of these are true, I don’t know how the reviewer was able to say customer service was very helpful since I can find no way of contacting them -or even that they exist - on the website. The phone number takes you to a call centre answer phone - no response from them when I left a message. The only means of contact is to email the sales team, they did reply quickly but have only been able to tell me the camera is out for delivery and did not answer any of my questions.
I am still waiting for an order worth £500. I can only assume the good reviews on here are from people who struck lucky or are false. Please do not use this company.

As an update, I still have not received this camera, when I email they just keep changing the delivery date and are refusing to refund me, I am now going to have to use the visa recharge scheme to get my money back. Cannot stress how much I do not recommend this company!

Buyer Beware
I purchased a canon camera from this company using Pay Pal a little odd because the payment from the link was made to a company called Middleton Hill Ltd which is at the same address
When the camera arrived it was in a damaged box with a serial number that was different to the one on the bottom of the camera when I asked Canon they said the number on the camera was fake they checked the camera serial for me which was different from the other 2 and told me it wasn’t a uk import This site sells grey goods but with the help of pay pal the product was returned and I got my money back
