I’ve restrung my tennis rackets with Ray at Pro-String twice now. It has been an excellent service both times. The quality of the stringing is top class.

Ray is very friendly and responsive with updates and requests. The personal touch is a big plus. The service is very easy with multiple drop off locations around London, and the turnaround is very quick. The price is also very reasonable.

Overall the experience has been a pleasure. I will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend it!

I was looking to getting back into playing badminton regularly but realised it would probably be best to restring my racket beforehand so I started researching places to restring my racket. I work Monday to Friday normal working hours and most places close by the time I'd leave work. Luckily, I found Pro-string London Racket restringing which had a convenient drop off location right by Liverpool street (they have multiple locations). Once you pop into the Church, you go to the admin office which is directly opposite the altar down the aisle. You fill out a form asking for your contact details, what you require for your racket and you can also pay for express service to get your racket restrung quicker. I wasn't sure about what strings I needed or grip type etc. So I didn't fill out that section on the form. I dropped Ray a text message regarding this and he was very helpful and provided sound advice. Invoice was sent via email and had no issues paying online. Would I be using this service again? Of course! Location is convenient, prices are reasonable and service is outstanding. Thank you again Ray for everything.
