Still waiting for customer service to get back to me after waiting for 40minutes to chat with online representative. Clearly a big con as they don't explain the automatic billing after the first order.
No one is willing to help with cancelling this and even once banks have been debited orders are not delivered.
Clearly a massive con artist.

I recently ordered the core kit, I did not notice when I made the purchase that cleverly hidden along with the information about how to use the 60 day money back guarantee it says that you are subscribing for automatic reorders.
I was very shocked when I received a paypal invoice for £65 just over a month after my original order. The first thing I did was to contact paypal to report fraud as I knew I hadn't placed an order with this company!
The lady I spoke to at paypal was very helpful having fallen into the same trap herself, she told me guthy renker had set up a billing agreement to debit my card registered to the paypal account. She advised me to call the company to stop payment as it was still a processing payment but to be vigalint in the future as they have a habit of setting up the billing agreement again even after you cancel it with them.
I then called guthy renker as paypal had advised me, I explained the situation to the customer service agent, who although cancelled my billing agreement was most unpleasant, condescending and uninterested in anything I had to say. After blaming my lack of perception for not spotting the cleverly hidden auto billing, she told me this wasn't a problem for other customers but having checked the proactiv twitter feed I can see this is an outright lie. she then proceeded with her sales pitch even interrupting me to push the lower price after I had said no. When I told her of my dissatisfaction of her handling of the situation I was told " oh well I am not like that" no apology, her interpretation of it was she had cancelled my order like I had wanted. It didn't seem to matter if she did it with an attitude!
I will never buy any brands associated with this company again out of principle.
