Jason and his team are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
They worked fast and efficiently and revived my son’s computer which I was convinced had died.
Within 5 days it was repaired and ready for pick-up and I was kept informed throughout every step.

We are a company that supplies Wayfair. One of our machines is controlled by a very old laptop. Without it our production stops. So to cut a long story short it crashed. A call to Proactive I.T. Services proved to be enlightening to say the least. Within 3 hours we are up and running again. This company realised the position we were in and reacted accordingly. They replaced the drive and reinstalled windows. No fuss, no you want it when, they just got on with the job. Not at any time did they try to sell us anything more than we asked for. Good old-fashioned service at a price that I cannot complain about.
