Outstanding Quality & Service

Nick was very helpful and professional every step of the way on designing my custom 4mm diamond cut rope chain with lion & snake clasp. I decided to add natural diamond collars on the lions, and green tourmaline gemstones in the eyes. The detail and craftsmanship is exceptional, a one of a kind piece of wearable art. The packaging, the box, everything was First Class. I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

I have had the worst experience of my life buying a ring from these people. Paid $300 to get it resized. That's fine, maybe my fault. They then send me this absolute piece of junk with diamonds that don't fit. First time I wore it someone pointed out to me that it was missing diamonds. That's how bad it was. Then I sent it back to be fixed. They corrected the diamonds but took off all the black polish in the middle of the ring. Now it looks completely different then before. I was told if I was unhappy with the fixes to the ring I could return it in an email. I wrote them about the return and finally someone reached out. They told me I needed to pay another $300 to return it. I said no, and they said the owner would call me the next day. He never called, and has not responded to my emails now. Yesterday I received an email saying they are not going to accept a return, despite their prior email. Before this I've only ever purchased jewelry at David Yurman, but thought the ring looked cool and I'd give them a shot. Big mistake. Can't say I would recommend them at all. I ended up with a ring that doesn't look like the one I received first, and they're just dishonest about the return policy. Also, good luck getting a timely response. This has been been going on for months.

Ordered a pendant 2 days ago and paid $80 for next day air shipping. When I check the shop app it still says preparing shipment. I emailed and never got a response back. They have a phone number with an automated system but after you choose 1 of the 3 options then you automatically get forwarded to a voicemail where they haven’t gotten back to me. On Instagram you can’t DM them unless they follow you back. There is literally no way to get in touch with these people and for all I know I’m out over $300 in total right now. Don’t trust a company who you can’t get in touch with, I learned the hard way.

The two pieces I have purchased have met and exceeded expectations. I truly couldn't be happier with them; a silver crucifix with 3mm 20" silver Franco chain, and a gold crucifix. The detail in both are impressive, to say the least. My correspondence and communication with Nick was very helpful. I am eagerly awaiting my next piece. This was a big purchase, the piece was not cheap so I was worried that I wasnt going to love as much but I was worried for nothing. This piece is absolutely gorgeous. They offer military discounts on their products which make it better priced and the piece is very carefully crafted and one of a kind.
