Mike came and cleaned my chimney March 2026. When I used my stove the next day, my sitting room filled with smoke. Made a few attempts to use my stove and my house filled
With smoke. I couldn’t use my stove for 3 weeks, got a professional to service my stove. Mike Left my stove blocked and not cleaned . Very disappointed with my service. Expensive mistake using pro clean

Came down to Bournemouth to clean my canopies and ductwork. Team was excellent and professional! Workmanship was outstanding! Hard work! Made to look like another day at the office! Thank you very much!

Worked for them a little over a year ago in October 2024, still not been paid for the work I've done.

They showed up (two guys) on time and started working on my roof without any problems until was done.

I had a very disappointing experience with ProCleaning. I hired them to apply Scotchgard to a brand-new couch, expecting professional service and long-lasting results. Unfortunately, the treatment did not work at all — the fabric offered no protection, and stains absorbed immediately.

Worse still, when I contacted the company about the issue, they were completely unhelpful only offering to do the service again for half price!!!Despite multiple attempts to reach a resolution, they have now stopped responding entirely and are ignoring my messages.

The service from the start was sub-par. They didn’t provide a proper appointment time, leaving me to chase them via text to find out when they were arriving. This lack of professionalism continued through to the end of the process.

I would strongly caution others against using this company. They did not deliver on what they promised, offered no customer support when things went wrong, and demonstrated a clear lack of accountability. Save your money and go with a company that stands behind their work.

We had ProClean Services come out and do a power wash on our windows. The difference was amazing. He also had some suggestions which we implemented. He was on time which was appreciated, did a great job, and it was reasonably priced. We will have him come out again to do our patio and drive.

The service from Rhys & the team was great from quote stage to completion of our window, gutters & fascia’s clean. Easy contact throughout, already rebooked for regular window cleaning & annual gutter/fascia cleanse.

Paid £90 for my corner sofa to be cleaned… what a shambles! A guy turned up (25 minute late) & was here about 20 minutes to then leave me with not only the sofa wet through but also my carpet too! Very careless I had to stay out the living room & off the sofa all day which is very inconvenient when you have a baby. The sofa is no different then before they did it, in fact there was one particular stain which was mentioned by the guy after he’d finished cleaning it and I said ‘did you get it out?’ To his reply ‘yes’ after having checked the sofa thoroughly myself once he’d left, I found the stain was still there along with other dirt marks that had not been removed. I reported these straight back to Josh along with sending photos and his customer service was awful, wasn’t apologetic at all, didn’t even respond to all my concerns, just seemed to beat around the bush to eventually completely ignoring and not responding to me! Untrustworthy, dishonest and no customer service skills whatsoever, you’d be better off buying your own upholstery cleaner and doing it yourself!!

Our roof had extensive water damage in two areas of the house came to the rescue, not only did he do a thorough job but cleaned up after and showed step by step work.

Unimpressed. We went with this company, even though they are very expensive, because they also supposedly clean window ledges. Several of ours were still left green and we were told they were too badly stained to get them properly clean. However, when I leant out of a window with a baby wipe the green came off easily. The rest was ok, but not amazing. Would not recommend.

Excellent work. Efficient and organised. This is the real pro clean company. Not super cheap but the job was done well. You get what you pay for.

We had a fast response to our request for a quote to have our carpet and sofas cleaned. We were given clear information about how long the work would take and what we could expect. The work was carried out on time and to a high standard. Our carpets and furniture now look as new.

Rob did a fantastic job of cleaning both our carpets and the front of the sofas where the dogs had rubbed themselves against them leaving oily marks. Reliable fast and efficient service. Rob takes real pride in his work. Thank you, Rob and team. Wishing you a very merry and relaxing Christmas.

Had my gutters, soffits and facia boards cleaned today by Proclean. The work was outstanding. All work was tidy and left spotless with countless pictures taken of the project and emailed to me. I recommend this company to all who want sparkling gutters. Made the house look new again.

Cannot rate the work done by the 2 ladies from Proclean highly enough. They were pleasant, prompt , efficient and careful.
