Worst experience ever:// i ordered my cleats 2 weeks ago and they barely got shipped but the worse part is they sent them to a different address. I screenshotted my original receipt where it says shipping and billing address then on fed ex it says a completely different addresses from both my shipping and billing address. I contacted Fed ex seeing if i can pick up my cleats myself but they said Pro direct has to contact them:// it’s been 2 days since i sent customer service this issue and yet have communicated w fed ex about it. if there was 0 stars id truly put that instead. so i advise all follow customer to NOT SHOP FROM
HERE.

This site is actually so bad. I bought football boots from there and I returned them. They recevied the boots back and they didnt return me my money back. I suggest you that you dont buy from there!!!

Idk if there’s only one person working at the pro direct sport in the US, but they have really crappy customer support services they don’t get back to you at all! this is the first time ever I’ve had a bad experience with a “big company with a 4.5 reviews” I see amazing reviews but when it comes to some of us customers we get the worst service! Delay processing, poor customer support, they hold back our response because they process there stuff unprofessionally. It’s been almost two week they still haven’t processed my shoes I feel like I was scammed they for sure took my money right away! No one has responded to my email can someone please help me! I have a big race coming up!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRO-direct. They will screw up your order and expect u to pay for their screw up. I have never dealt with customer service agents that are this incompetent about the products they sale on their site. Literally told me in multiple emails the absolutely wrong answer I sent asking about the size on a shoe for a woman being in men’s sizes. I even sent pictures of the shoe and asked about the shoe being made for a woman for their agent to give me false info causing me to go ahead and place the order off their assurance of the size, but guess what get the shoe and it’s in fact the wrong size cause it’s not in men’s sizes like she assured me. And all the agent has to say is sorry and I still have to pay 14$ to return a shoe I would have never bought if they didn’t have such horrible customer service. They also lied to me telling me I would receive my full refund to only give me a partial refund. I have every email showing exactly what I am saying happened . Horrible customer service

Received a defective item but they are not offering an exchange or a free return service. Learned a lesson that I should buy directly from Nike.com going forward.
