I apologize that you have not received your ColorWhip.
This package was sent back to us. Per UPS, there was an issue with the address that was put on the order (no suite number was provided). Our returns department attempted to call you several times and left voicemails to advise you of this information.
Since they were not able to get in contact with you to obtain the necessary information, they have issued a credit back to the card that was used to make this purchase.
I will be emailing this information over to you as well.

I LOVE this feather tint brush
I LOVE this feather tint brush. It spreads the color perfect through every hair. It is firm enough for excellent blending. Other brushes have larger bristles which leave strands not covered. Some are too stiff, while others are to soft and flimsy. Best tint brush on the market. Their version of the WOW comb is a beautiful rose gold. I use this one at the bowl to comb through post color deep conditioner.

Ordering online was very easy and delivery was fairly quick. Thank You for making it so easy..... I love these Papers for hi lighting, they are easy to use, don't leak through, stay put and come out easy when you put enough product on them. The shorter are a great length but I would like some shorter to use for the short hair.

good, but pricey and long shipping
Mannequin heads are good. They are a bit pricey but for the 100% human hair debra heads I get it. Shipping takes longer than I expected.
