First Class Customer Service
The customer service team were excellent, in my view. After receiving a notification about a 'Fire Safety Inspection' from the property management company - installing a smoke detector alarm & a front door complying with fire safety regulations - I contacted ProFire Compliance. In the end they cancelled the booked assessment of the front door, smoke alarm at short notice with no penalty charge as the circumstances had changed. Thank you to Kristina for the professional, timely responses to my emails and to Ed who rang me earlier to advise me on the fire safety requirements for property owners which was very helpful. The first impression was really good when I reached out to them and would recommend their company based on my experience - a sincere thanks again for your help.
