ProfitProbes Scam - Took Crypto Payment, Never Delivered Product, Ghosted Support
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I placed an order with ProfitProbes for their product research services, sending payment via cryptocurrency. They happily took my funds but completely failed to deliver the actual digital product or grant subscription access.
Here is the exact timeline of events:
May 13, 2026: Order placed and cryptocurrency payment sent.
May 17, 2026: Transaction fully processed on-chain for the funds.
May 22, 2026: Support finally replied from their email account (profitprobe7@gmail.c0m) claiming the account was "all working," but it was not. Access was never granted.
May 23, 2026: After experiencing an intentional layout of delays, I formally requested a full refund and provided my wallet addresses. They completely ghosted my original email account immediately after this request.
June 1-2, 2026: I reached out from a completely separate email address, and they replied almost instantly, proving they are actively ignoring and dodging my original account to avoid issuing a refund.
When cornered with screenshot evidence of their unanswered emails, they completely stopped responding again. They are running an exit scam by pocketing consumer crypto payments off-platform while using Whop infrastructure to manage their login portal. I have logged formal fraud complaints with their platform host, compliance databases, and consumer protection agencies. Avoid this company at all costs, they will take your crypto and disappear.
