I am very disappointed with Pro Football Academy. Despite notifying a coach seven weeks ago that my child would no longer attend, they continued to charge my subscription without proper confirmation or cancellation. Their official policy requires a 30-day notice through their website, but this was never clearly communicated when we signed up. Multiple customers have reported similar issues, suggesting a pattern of taking payments even when children stop attending.

This feels misleading and unfair, and I would caution parents to read the fine print carefully before committing. In my experience, the process for cancellation is confusing and seems designed to keep charging fees unnecessarily.

There are so many kids and only two coaches. Definitely more than 30 children, and it still costs £55 per month. It’s a terrible place to send your kids. It’s not real football training — it’s just loads of balls and nearly 50 kids crammed into a small pitch at Goals.

My daughter has attended 3 out off 4 session. Very unorganised no one tells you nothing. Have downloaded the app to give you stats on how well she is doing. But notice cause no one signed her in she has only attended 1 session out off 3 so nobody has bothered to sign her in twice. We attended session today. Session was stopped halfway through it so he could sign everyone in. And while he was signing in he threatened if they don't sign in you get fined £50 and they need to tell parents.
On top off this they was also told if they are late you will also get fined £50 and the player will not participate in session. Not good if you are travelling 45mins away during rush hour time. After hearing all this I will taking my daughter to anymore session and I definitely not be giving them anymore money as that is all pfa are after at the end off the day.

Too many kids very unorganised didn’t know where to go what to look for at first couple of the trainers extremely rude to kids . Wasn’t paying attention to kids when they scored or tackling skills just all over the place don’t think il return as no body noticed my sons ability heads turned over runned with kids

So to start i was looking for a place to take my child for extra training to help him along side him playing for a team ....this place seemed to pop up on my searches alot professional football academy they say so I signed up and my son did a few weeks after that short time I quickly realised this was not what we was looking for.....there's no one 2 one care as they are literally over run there with kids in such a small space that my son was continually getting hurt and injured each week that it affected him with his team.....there was no contact each week with the coaches infact I have never spoke or been made to feel welcome or to tell me about my sons abilities all in all just seemed like a money spinner and when you cancel they want another payment for the privilege.
My son had stud marks week on week after playing on astro turf when studs shouldn't be worn but nothing was ever said about it.
Not a good place if you want your child to further in there football abilities

Dirty scammers. All the 1 star reviews you read are correct. Charges me after a free trail then didn’t answer the phone. Managed to speak to another silly man who finally agreed to refund my money which I recorded in case they tried to dispute it later. Bunch off scammers unprofessional and I wish I read this before taking my children.

playung football was a dream i haved since i saw r9 playing i then relaxed but at the age of 10 i decided to starrt training and i believe in me and GOD .i currently live in zimbabwe if i get approvl i can travel to your academy

Beware!!! They are a scam company!! Training session is mediocre and the suppose free trial is not free. I have been charged £62 for a free trial. I am looking to get the bank to do a charge back. Avoid at any cost!!

Despite advertising that they split kids by ability levels, the groups are mixed in both age and skill. The standard is very basic. The coach shows an exercise once and then looks at his phone without correcting anyone. Kids mostly run around doing whatever they want. The word “pro” doesn’t really fit this academy.

The prescot pro acadamys was alot of fun my son came from the usa and was just here for a month and was signed up. I'd like to thank the head office and Coaches Milan, Jake and Coach Geo for all the help the last 4 weeks. All the reviews I'm reading seem to be a case of cuminication if you cancel on the app you won't be charged any further.

He is big scammer. My son joint last year and then some of reson we stopped there. After one year later, my son said Papa can I go there and can I take the free session, I said okay and afterthat someone called me from the office and he asking me what u decided and I m not give any response because very hard to take it, because the ground very far from my house and he took without my permission £46 from my account and I m not agreed because pro football academy have my previous bank account, if u have my bank account you can’t use it without my permission. He’s a big scammer. Please be careful everyone

Be careful with those scammers, we attended trial session and straight away see the quality of sessions too low, but received text message from manager to try more sessions with discount instead of 55£ plus 15£ registration fee he offered to join for 1 month for 49.90£ and if we will not see improvements then we can cancel membership, so we attend 3 more sessions which was the same, 1 coach with 12-15 children, children messing around and 1 coach can do anything about it, also its not looks safe as well, so we decided to stop attending but when message to manager cancel membership, he text as back that them need 1 month exit notice, so they took another 49.88£ and text as you still can bring your child for the sessions till the end of membership… so be careful!
