The desk is sturdy, stable and quiet. I love that it has a good range, from very low to very high. It’s reasonably easy to build and I had a good experience with customer service when there was an issue with one of the pieces.
The only negative is the large rectangular grommet centered along the edge of the table top. The location means that I can’t center my monitor on the table unless I put it on an elevated raiser… I wish they gave more options for grommet size/placement.

Staff was very helpful
Staff was very helpful throughout the process and even loaded my new desk into my car for me. I ordered a while back when order processing was still manual but I hear it's now mostly automated and pain free. The desk itself is wonderful and I would recommend the Solo Ryzer to anyone who wants a great electronic standing desk.

Great product and customer service
Great product and customer service. There were some issues in the control panel's LED of my standing desk after a few months' usage, and they sent me a replacement quickly after I talked to them.

Sturdy and quiet standing desk frame. One thing to note is that the height display is only in inches and cannot be changed to centimeters.

Very good desk. I have 3 of them! Sturdy, doesn’t wobble and very silent when changing height (people don’t hear anything while I’m on audio conferencing). With wheels, it’s even better for changing view since I’m close to a windows, especially for sun position…

I was searching for a reliable desk
I was searching for a reliable, high quality adjustable desk. I'm so glad I went with Progressive after doing a lot of research. My original desk came damaged (split down the middle). I contacted Progressive and they sent me a new one right away, no hassle or questions asked.
