Rob and crew did a great job on my roof - replacing broken tiles ; pressure cleaning the roof tiles; replacing some old timber ; and doing repointing.
All tradespeople were brilliant Cam , Vic , Chris; Zade, and the gutter guard guys, Rob and Sam .
Definitely recommend this company .

I received a text for a free roof inspection. I really didn't want one, I wasn't looking for problems. However, I already had one. Two of my roof tiles had fallen from the second story, almost hit my AC units and managed not to crack. A 3rd one was looming, edged to fall next. I asked Logan, who came out for the inspection, if he could instead just do the repair so I would not get a leak with the exposed roof during the AZ monsoon season. Mind you, it a 100 and hot outside. He said, yeah no problem and proceeded to get up on the roof and fixed them. He also did the inspection, lol! The best part was, Lucas is a walking angel and didn't even charge me to put the 2 fallen tiles back up. He quoted me a price to redo my roof and it was more reasonable than I expected. He told me they even offer financing. Lucas earned a client for life with me. When I am ready ProGuard will be installing my roof. They have an ROC # and the customer service was off the charts. Very grateful I got that text asking if I needed an inspection. Oh yeah, my AC unit went out and he even referred me to an HVAC tech!

Rob had the experience to explain every detail of the restoration work required, which inspired confidence in him and his team's ability.
His 10yr warranty makes me sleep easier now too.

We had an old roof completely re-done - rebedding, repointing, lots of broken and cracked tiles replaced, pressure cleaning. I found Proguard through HiPages. Rob came and did a thorough inspection. and his team did a really thorough job. The team (Cam, Vic and Juzzy) were really nice and I am really happy with the way it all worked out.

I have an older house with Terracotta tiles. They were in terrible condition - filthy and the old pointing & bedding was breaking away everywhere. I'd had someone else out previously to clean the roof, but very early in the job he said it was in such bad condition that it can't actually be cleaned. I found Proguard through Trust Pilot reviews and also had another highly reviewed roofworks company quote. The other company spent about 10 seconds here and simply said 'it's old so we will just have to replace it all for $50k'. Rob at Proguard, on the other hand, spent about an hour inspecting everything in detail. His main objective was to restore what we have, if possible. He quoted up in a very comprehensive and transparent way, for a very good price given the condition of the roof. They then went to work on restoring the roof. His team, led by Cam, were amazing. They have such pride in their work and I think they really enjoyed the challenge of bringing it back to life. The roof now looks brand new, it is hard to believe it's not a new roof. I could not recommend Proguard highly enough.

Rob and his team of professionals are honest, reliable and take pride in their work. Above all, they maintained a safe worksite, with open and regular communication about what was happening and what was likely to happen next, depending on the weather and what they found as they went along. Ours is an old house with a large tiled roof and needed a complete restoration, and Rob was totally transparent about a couple of surprises his crew uncovered along the way. His solid relationships with his network of tradies meant that he was able to sort out additional painting, carpentry and railing very rapidly, as well as relocating and replacing solar panels. We have full faith in Rob’s and his team’s efforts and look forward to many decades of a leak-free roof. It looks bloody good too! Thanks very much.

Pro guard assessed my roof for the cause of the issue. I have at the same time requested three other companies do the same as I wanted to get a right assessment . While all the three other people mentioned big problems , Rob from pro guard told me it was not a major issue instead few minor things . His quote was very reasonable . He also mentioned other long term maintenance work which I chose to do at a later point of time . He fixed the issues with meticulous details . Of cause I waited until a big rain to see if it has properly fixed and yes it was . The other thing is that he is very respectful and professional. I would definitely be using Pro Guard for future roof maintenance work. I would like to thank Rob for his professionalism.

Rob came and measured up my home which has 3 roof levels and also my 3 garages . I was blown away with the results he did the gutter guard and a couple of down pipe repairs . It’s been well over 12 months and I have not to touch anything on the roof . Not only does the guard look beautiful but it’s the best money I have spent on this property that has 1 acre of bush land around it

Proguard we’re fantastic. The crew were professional, polite, well presented and are great at what they do. It would have been a challenge, a restoration on an 80 year old roof, but they blew us away with how well it came up. Can’t recommend them enough.
