do not buy, they wont answer emails or messages, if you write on their posts they'll tell you everythings fine and still dont send the order

this guy is scamming people. orders do not ever ship/arrive, the items rust no matter what material you get, customer support does not answer straight forward questions with straight answer. scam artist 100

I bought his watch when it dropped early this year (2025). it is almost august now with no update or end in sight. he sent us a 50$ coupon to try and scam us more.

I'm honestly writing this review today to hopefully stop someone from making the same mistake i made. although his Instagram is cool, hes definitely a scam artist. do not buy his stuff or you'll just be wasting your money.

A delay of three weeks on an order with a shipping time of 12 weeks is completely unacceptable. I mean, I'm kind of stupid for ordering an item that could take 12 weeks to deliver, but then having a 3-week delay on that item without so much as a peep or notice from them is unacceptable behaviour. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

They stole my money and never shipped my product

Bought a HAIR CLIP on 18/01/2025 still not ship by 22/05/2025 I was ask to wait to mid of may then ignore when I ask for a refund , in process with PayPal for a refund

I got the steel vamp ring from them, took about 3 or 4 weeks to ship as they said but that's where the problems start. I get the ring and I notice that it looks a bit off from what is advertised on their website. It's noticeably smaller and is missing many details along with the hinge for the ring being flimsy. The more I looked the more the ring looked like a cheap knock off of the one on their site. Not only did it take customer service a millenia to get back to me, they also did not answer my questions about why the quality was so far off, they even asked for pictures of the product even though they're the ones that "handmade" it. If you handmake all your items shouldn't you know what they look like before they ship???? I asked them if the difference in quality was due to my item being steel and not silver since steel is tougher to get details onto and they simply did not answer my question even though I asked them three or four times. It took them too long to respond especially with the short time limit on returns, that being fourteen days. When we finally got something working out they said it would take them about a week to send the return label to my email? I am wondering why it wouldn't take mere moments to copy the return label pdf into the inbox and just send it. It's not like they were sending it to my location so why would it take them a week? I idiotically waited, it has now been a week and still no response. I had to email them three times once from a different account to get a response back when I had first emailed them about these issues. This website is a borderline scam with exuberant prices for low effort outsourced jewelry. You would honestly do better by going to your cities local alt clothing shop ( for example, mine is called The Alley and I haven't had a single issue with their jewelry and I bought my rings on Christmas for half the price of any of their steel rings along with the rings being REAL silver. This is the worst expereince i have ever had shopping online and if I had the money I would lawyer up and pursue legal action. BUY YOUR JEWELRY ELSEWHERE Edit: A couple weeks later, still no response from their customer service team.

I have ordered an item in NOVEMBER 2024 and they STILL have not shipped the item. They give false updates saying "yeah the item is coming to us soon" but now I'm getting GENERIC emails of "we're looking into this".

It's been nearly 6 MONTHS.

On the product page it said, the order will be shipped in about four weeks. It obviously didn't. I asked the support on the status of my order and they said that orders take about 5-8 Weeks max to be shipped out. So I waited, again, for four weeks. I then asked again when it would be sent out and they said it would ship in the third week of april. For reference, I placed my order at the start of january, which has already been about 10 to 12 weeks by now. I had enough and wanted to cancel at that point, which I couldn't. Really, dont buy there. The shop has great marketing but nothing more

A lot of reviews mention wait times and they aren't fantastic, however, it was mostly the Canadian mail strike at the end of 2024 that caused this.

The main issue is the rude owner that runs the account and their customer support. No regard to your experience with the products which are poorly made and not at all hand made (contrary to how its advertised on IG).

Received a bracelet missing a weld which fell off unknowingly the first day upon wearing. (I luckily found it on the sidewalk later). Sent photos of the obviously missing weld and was told verbatim "it got pulled apart fam it aint on us lmaooo".

TLDR; overpriced, low quality jewellery, carried by cool concepts, marketing and hype trains

Terrible customer service and they outsource all of their projects contrary to how it appears to be manufactured on IG. This is why the wait times are atrocious. I ordered a bracelet like 2 months ago and filed a missing package report with usps and they said they never got it. Will prolly take another couple months for refund. Don’t recommend.

shipping took insanely long I dont even remember but ig thats what everybody says but also the bracelett v1 that i bought doesn't rly look like the pictures the symbol is way more smaller and not in the middle and the clip doesn't go in all the way for the necklace I would say it seems rly good exactly like the pictures so just the necklace even with long wait time prolly 4 stars but waiting so long and then receiving smth that doesn't look the same is not valid

Horrible quality on the jewellery i ordered, they got all ring sizes wrong for my order and insanely bad quality. Looks like it was spray painted with black to get an oxidised look. Not to mention the wait time on my order. I had completely forgotten that I ordered from them when it arrived. 4 months I had to wait all for this low quality, mass manufactured and hammered so it’s extremely fragile.

Insanly bad had to wait for 4-5 months, and only received it after various complains. wanted to cancel it because i didnt want it anymore after so much time but the customer support is the by far worst ive ever had contact with and no direct answers just "shipping soon" type answers. i cant say anything about the quality because i dont open it because i want to return it but heard various times that its really bad. but the scamiest thing is that i had to pay toll when it finally came. this all is really just a big scamy thingy.
i also think that the relativly positive reviews are just bought

I had to wait 3-4 months but it was worth it. I am satisfied with my product. You need to be patient because it is incorrectly advertised on the website as having a waiting time of only 4 weeks. As I said, I am satisfied and hope that the shipping time will improve in the future

I waited 3 months for an order that was supposed to ship in 4 weeks. I reached out to cancel the order after waiting so long and they didn't feel like it. when it finally arrived, the ring didn't like how it was advertised on tiktok/instagram. i wouldn't have bought it if it looked like what i received. i didn't even bother messaging ther customer service again bc they would gaslight me and im not dealing with that headache again. regret buying from a brand with virtually no reviews and mostly influencers promoting them.

This business is a scam. Constantly lying about shipment and product wait time. There's no such disclaimer that you have to wait a few months for these silly jewelry. But the company claim that it's a preorder so we have to wait. However no exact date and time we can expect.

Buyer beware this “business” seems to be more interested in making reels/TikTok’s to promote their new products/drops but don’t actually deliver what you order. Over three months went by and I received no update or apology for my order being so late…. Other customers have resorted to complaining on their videos but comments have been getting deleted.

Really good looking jewelry, BUT the owner keeps lying about shipping ETAS. He says it will be shipped this month then proceeds doing the same thing over and over again.. As of right now its been almost 2 months and I haven't received a tracking number or order update..
