Horrible customer service,the chains are short, and on rop of that came broke. Wrote to their customer service, talk with a Ryan Matthews, ask for a picture of the broken piece, send it to him, and nothing, no response at all. The necklace was supose to be a mothers day gift, and its ruin thanks to this garbage service.

As with all the other reviews, my bees are brass. If I could, I would leave no stars. I've tried since January to get replacements for the awful bees I was sent, they are made of brass. I contacted them monthly and was given "updates" on where they stood. I was finally offered the all gold bees "that were given to celebrities at the emmys." If I wanted all gold overlay, I would have ordered a gold bee. Finally requested my money back today and got a very snarky response back. I did get a refund though. Don't waste your time or money. What seemed to be something good and for a great cause has been ruined.

Jewelry isn't good quality! Have nothing to do with silver,I've checked it with goldsmith, after my kids got a huge rush. And now, they won't do refunds, explaining that they have a new ownership and not responsible for the purchase I did while ago.

I'm honestly pretty let down about the quality of the jewelry. It is not like the pictures shown. After wearing my first necklace which was the original small little bubble bee, it began to rub off on the inside that touches my chest. I wore it a lot for just a few days and it gets destroyed, and to make matters worse I emailed project honey bee and spoke with Ryan. Who asked for pictures which I sent, and I never heard from him again. Then for my birthday I got Swarovski crystal bee, and the imperfections they talk about on the website that add "charm" and "uniqueness" were a total let down. One of the crystals is dull and doesn't match the rest, along with the paint job was sloppy. I expected better from them, and I really wanted more of their products because I love supporting the bees, but I'm afraid to buy anymore.

I ordered a necklace on April 7 2024. It is 12 days later and I still haven't received it. Customer service was of no help to me.

The necklace is not long enough, it wears like a choker on me and because of that I can’t wear it :(

This necklace I purchased is so beautiful and well made. I’m so glad I purchased it recently. I wear it all the time and just love it. It’s quite a conversation starter as well. My mom gave me the nickname Barbee and my best friend calls me Bee which is one of the reasons I wanted to have it. Thank you for a lovely piece of jewelry!

I bought this a necklace for my granddaughter, she loves it. It’s so cute! Good quality and a timely delivery.

It’s a beautiful necklace but didn’t realize how short the chain was (that’s on me). However, since the charm opening is so small, the chain wouldn’t slip off the charm so I had to go to a jewelry store for them to cut the current chain to replace it with a new necklace at a better length. Other than that, I absolutely love it and will definitely consider other jewelry items from this website as I love the bees!
