I ordered a certificate of adoption on December 4. It is supposed to be a digital download certificate. The status is still in "processing". The status says "Order shipping label issued, waiting for carrier collection"...for a digital download.
I also sent a message in their interactive chat feature about how do I get this in a friends name, because it's for a friend...I never received a reply.
I sent them and email under their "contact us" tab, and just after I clicked "send" I saw the message that their "contact us" feature isn't about orders.
Super glad I only spent $4.99 on this.

I love the idea of buying gifts while supporting a good cause. The pendants were lovely. I got the Swarovski bee, the spinning sunflower, and the flower that opens up to a message that says “you are my sunshine.” All three chain have broken now. It appears they need to do a better job of closing off the gaps in the chain. I still give my experience 3.5 stars, bc well, the bees.

I love my bee necklace! The quality is superb! My necklace arrived exactly when it said it would and I was impressed with the e mails that I received that gave me updates on my order. Finally I love my queen bee and the hive I rescued! I teach preschool and the children love this project. I love the fact I am helping children have an appreciation for nature and our planet's well being.❤️

My bee necklace came in right away. I love it and it's such fun as a conversation piece.

This is birthday gift. I also ordered the adoption letter and have not received it yet?

I love everything about this necklace! The necklace is adorable, I love that my money is going to something I care about, and shipping was quick! I just wish it was more gift friendly. I don't want to put my friends email to get spammed?

I purchased the honey bee necklace as a Christmas gift for a friend. I was pleasantly surprised to fine that I also received a pair of earrings and a daisy necklace as well. My friend was thrilled with them all!

Ordering my bee necklaces was easy. I bought five of them. One for me and four for gifts
They arrived fairly quickly and are better than I was expecting. Not too big, not to small, just perfect!
I loved how Project Honey Bees kept me in the loop from confirming my order, giving me a tracking number and letting me know that my package had been delivered.
The bonus was that by purchasing these beautiful necklaces, I was helping to support the survival of our much needed bees.

Terrible customer service.
i ordered and paid Dec. 2nd. My three necklaces were lost in the mail and I was ignored, promised replacements, and finally told to pay for shipping the replacements.
That would have been fine, but the weeks they wasted made certain I would not receive them in time for Christmas. Not amused.

I ordered jewelry & additional adoption certificates. The jewelry was delivered, however, the additional adoption certificates have still not been received. I have made several attempts to contact customer service & have not been able to resolve this issue. I received one response on 12/12/2023 & have not been able to reach anyone since.

The necklace came in a small plastic bag inside a small bubble mailer . No card no nothing. The chain is super dainty hope it dosent break as soon as she wears it.

Unfortunately the earrings arrived with the posts broken due to poor packaging choice of a flat bubble mailer. I reached out to the company and received a single email response and then never got any more follow up. Disappointed since this was supposed to be a gift for my bee loving kid this Christmas.

I love my little bee necklace!! I also love that it helps the bees. Very fast shipping and came with a thank you card explaining what I contributed to. Had a cute Hi Honey sticker enclosed as well.

Product and mission are great.
Far far far too many emails.

Won't order again.

I received two necklaces which one was broken upon opening. Quality control should be a top priority.

The bee is super cute. The necklace seems like good quality. Shipping was fast and efficient. I would totally recommend to any and all bee lovers, or just those who enjoy cute necklaces.

This item popped up on my IG and I knew right away I HAD to participate! The necklace arrived quickly, and I received ample notification about shipping progress. It’s an adorable piece and a great cause - I’m so excited to “bee” a part of this project!

Very underwhelmed. The braclet was 2 thin strands of thread, with a couple of knots and small beads. I was expecting something like the woven friendship bracelet you can make. I am embarrassed to give this as a gift. Plus I don't like that you have to print out the bee adoption certificate, I expected for the price to get a paper copy and not have to pay $14 for one.

These necklaces are beautiful. One arrive with a broken chain, and I was not able to find a number to call for customer service.
