Five stars to this company. This is the second property I have sold through Property Now and I have nothing but a good experience with them. They’re very helpful and willing to help at any time through email or phone. They helped me clarify a few things when needed. A very good experience with them (both sales!) Also saving myself a lot of money in commissions which helps towards the next property. They are a pleasure to work with and selling yourself isn’t that hard with them helping you out if need be. Both sales I have achieved good prices, which I’m very happy about..see everyday people can achieve as well.

Perfect for Private Landlords
As a private landlord, having a platform and service like PropertyNow for advertising my rental property is great. It is easy to set up an account, and easy to navigate. There are lots of helpful tips for creating an effective ad. I would've scored 5 stars if it was easier to communicate with someone in a timely manner. The day I needed assistance, the chat function was not available. The SMS text service was extremely busy and I did not receive a response. In my opinion, that could be done much better. Otherwise, a great service.

The best for leasing your self managed property
I have used Property Now for many years to advertise my self managed properties for lease. The site is very easy to navigate and use. My changes (eg updating inspection times) take effect immediately. I am notified of interest immediately. The add (wording and pics) and my verification details stay on the site so I can re-advertise quickly by just updating the add. If I have any queries they are addressed immediately by their efficient support team.

Clearer directions on the ad, to show prospective tenants how to apply for the property. Many applicants cant find how to apply, then they find it too confusing and too complicated.
