From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I had my boiler maintenance completed and an exterior tap installed. The job was executed promptly and tidily. The team was also very personable! They are now my preferred plumbers for any future needs.

Luke, the heating engineer, called yesterday to do our annual boiler service.
This is the second time we have used Pro Plumb and we are very pleased with the level of service and the quality of the work. He is very thorough and really helpful.

Booked a boiler service at very short notice. Jane was extremely professional and efficient and managed to accommodate my request. Reminder text sent the day before the visit to confirm the appointment time. Luke turned up as promised and conducted his work quickly, professionally and with no fuss. Great advice given by Luke on the way forward. A very impressive customer service ethos from the start to the end of the process. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

Excellent service from booking to completion. Had my boiler serviced and an outside tap fitted. The work was done efficiently, with no mess left behind. A friendly team too! They'll now be my go-to plumbers whenever I need work doing.
