If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Shana and Caroline at Propp were outstanding, working extremely hard to get us our loan, despite the first application being refused. Everything was explained step by step and we were kept updated throughout. The whole process was made easy and as stress free as possible. We were consolidating debt and there was no judgement at all, just complete understanding of our situation. This made such a difference to us, and we really appreciated that. It was well worth it and I would 100% recommend Propp.

I just wanted to convey to you all just how helpful, professional, knowledgeable, timely, courteous and friendly Brad West has been in assisting me with getting bridging finance in connection with three properties.
The sale agreement for * Leicester Rd unfortunately fell through last week but this was due to malpractice by the estate agent nothing to do with the advice and attention to detail given by Brad. Time and time again I have gone back to Brad with new questions and proposals and he has helped me every single time!

My initial enquiry to obtain a secured loan on my Property was dealt with by Erin Hine. From my intial chat outlining my situation, I was completely reassured that I was in the hands of a competent, professional, personable, courteous and helpful individual who "thinks ouside the box" and would explore every possible avenue to overcome challenges to sucure this loan. She then assigned my application to Caroline Caton who guided me through the process in a thorough, structured way with more than helpful approach. In Caroline's absence, there was support from Tvfik Edin, another personable, understanding competent individual. Caroline's patience and attention to detail finally secured the product and I greatly appreciate the support and efforts by these three individuals to secure a result.
