Propp entire Team work efficiently to secure mortgage in principle quickly.
They were very accessible through the journey. They provided useful advice promptly when needed. Very supportive throughout.

Referred to Propp by L&C. My bridging finance case involved a particular finance deadline that if missed would cost me my purchase and a large deposit.

Propp advised me to go with a provider who could turn things around within my 3,5 week deadline. The process actually took 5,5 weeks but luckily, due to circumstances outside my control, I managed to conclude my purchase without incurring penalties.

I dealt with 3 people at Propp and found communication haphazard and at times bewildering. In the end I communicated directly with the finance provider who were clear and concise.

Although it took longer than first anticipated, this was partly due to a, seemingly unnecessary, spanner being thrown in the works from an initial lender, very limited time my end, and then me contesting the valuation provided by Opus Surveyors on behalf of the follow-up lender (if given the choice, AVOID Opus - they didn't respond directly or in good faith, imo, to a single point in my challenge). Matt was proactive in finding the alternative in the background, and really took the time to go above and beyond in answering my detailed questions and following-up with various people. Matt, Megan, and Tef all worked hard getting this through as quickly as possible, and is a testament to the credibility Propp has in the marketplace, and the trusted relationships they have with lenders. Thank you!

Matt and Alexa were excellent in getting through fairly complicated mortgages which required specialist support. Due to our ages and the commercial element Propp were able to sources mortgages for us when no one else could.

Matt and the team at Propp have been very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We’ve just had our bridging loan offer accepted and the process has been smooth and straightforward with a better deal than we found anywhere else. We had applied for a BTL mortgage prior to this which had been declined and if the broker had known enough about property investment we could have shaved weeks and a lot of stress off the process. The team communication skills is exceptional, I needed a bridge loan and that did not take long, despite the fact that the vendor becomes unstable but Abbie and Nicole ever give up or fade up with it, always there to help and am very grateful to have the support that I need.
