Whole process took far too long !
Ordered a sweater ,it was lovely but far too big ,so sizes are on the generous side.
Had to return ,no response of return ,I had to contact only to be advised that returns are only actioned once a week on a Thursday.
Just think in days of e commerce this is poor .

My order was at my local UPS depot, but ended up in Scotland. Thanks to Nikita it’s been sorted.

Two out of three deliveries missed because the courier company does not advise a delivery time. Every other company gives a day and then even an hourly slot and offers choices if you’re out. ProQuip are great but delivery arrangements poor.

First class service I had discount codes to use and website would let put them in, after 1 e mail everything sorted

I purchased my order 29/11 and it’s now 9/12 and I still have not received my order. I emailed the company 7/12 and o have still not had an email back to inform me of my order.

Easy to purchase and a great quality product that was delivered in a timely fashion.

One negative - you apparently cannot refund postage on returned items. I had to return an expensive purchase by Royal Mail recorded delivery to ensure that you would receive them. In parallel I purchased the replacement item.
