Huge Letdown!
When I scheduled with the customer support person, I requested a phone call or text to alert me when the driver was on the way to my office. Well that didn't happen so the driver left. I called ProShred office to let them know the situation and was told that the driver went to his next stop but would come back that day.
Well that didn't happen either. So my experience with ProShred was really bad. I would NOT recommend using them.

Customer Service made it easy to get the information we needed, set up a date and time and make our payment.
Customer Service made it easy to schedule a time that worked well for us and updated us when there was an earlier time slot. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies.
Obed handled our shredding. He was punctual, communicated with us before, during and after he was finished and was very efficient. His demeanor was extremely professional and he was very mindful of other offices in our building! His service was much appreciated.

From the initial call, all the way to signing the paperwork at the end, great customer service. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and went out of their way to make it easy. Definitely will use them again!
