The process for whitening is simple and easy to follow. The instructions are very clear and the results start to show within a week of use. The cost is also very reasonable and the team are always on hand to assist you making the process feel very personal. I really recommend pro smile to friends and family and will continue to use the kit.

Pro smile was a great choice and I have loved this time with my aligners whereas I thought it would be a grind. I had a great experience on my aligner journey. I had very crowded bottom teeth and front teeth that had started to cross over. It took some time but after using the clear clear aligners I feel confident in my smile and cannot wait to whiten them and see The final result!

I ordered the daytime gels and found the ordering process straightforward. However, shortly after placing my order, I received an email informing me that the gels were actually out of stock. As I needed them for an upcoming event, I contacted customer service to ask about the expected restock date. After some back and forth, I was told they anticipated new stock towards the end of the month.

What I found particularly frustrating was that the same gels continued to be advertised as available for purchase on their website, despite being out of stock. This feels misleading and doesn't seem like good sales practices.

This felt like a red flag, so I requested a refund. I was informed a few days later that the refund had been processed, but the funds have yet to appear in my account.

Overall, my experience was disappointing. I don't think that continuing to sell items that are not in stock is acceptable and it undermines trust in the company.

Really happy with the results - I have been using the overnight kit for nearly a week and my teeth are starting to look lovely and white. As a coffee drinker I thought I’d never get my teeth nice and white again but very happy to finally have pure white teeth again.

The customer service I experienced from Hannah was second to none. There was a delivery issue and Hannah reached out and was in frequent communication providing me with updates which was really appreciated! I’ve now used the gels and so happy with the results I’ve had!! I’ve used other teeth whitening in the past but the results from this gel are amazing.

Wow. I mean WOW. I have spent years with crest whitening strips and other products from the pharmacy and even with my dentist, but nothing has worked as well as as this. Not only is it quick, but it’s incredibly comfortable and long lasting. No pain and outstanding results.

Having tried teeth whitening about 15 years ago and ending up with extremely sensitive teeth I was a little reticent to try again, however, as my teeth were starting to look rather stained and dirty I decided to give it another go with ProSmile. I am so glad that I did. The whole process was very easy and the customer service has been truly magnificent. I am so happy with the results, I have had no sensitivity (I used the desensitising gel that came with the kit) and not only are my teeth looking great I also feel that my beautiful, clean white teeth have taken years off me, I can’t stop smiling. It is now 10 months since I completed my treatment (night gels) and my teeth are still looking great and stain free. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you!
