We get it! Running your own business is tough. It’s not for the faint hearted and, at times it can be incredibly stressful and frustrating. All the staff were ON IT and nothing was too much trouble. They are very results orientated so will smash through walls to get the policy you need.
Having had less than positive experiences with other commercial insurance brokers who only converse through email and are invisible until it’s renewal time, it’s great to have a broker always on hand and on the end of the phone.
Highly recommended.

A Comprehensive Review Leading to Improved Cover.
Prosura provided an excellent review of our existing policies and cover levels, identifying areas of concern backed by genuine reasoning and explanation. The revised insurance proposals provided different methods of achieving the best cover for our business and in the the most cost-effective way.

I personally dealt with Kaye, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Kaye organised exactally what I needed for my business, at the right price, in very profesional manner. Equally pointing out some areas we were under insured.
Overall I would highley recomend Prosura Insurance Services without hesitation.
