My engineer came on time and did my annual servicing of the monitored security system. Everything has been checked and tested to a quality level. Very impressed with the firms attitude and quality of care for the years I've been with them.

He came nice an early, was very polite and checked everything. I'm very happy with the service.

Protekta engineer was very helpful and knowledgable when helping with a fault on our alarm panel. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a customer for a fair bit of time now and I can’t recommend Protekta Security’s service enough. Within an hour an engineer was sent directly to me to assist with my troubles and to help me get running. Every engineer I have had has been so patient and kind with me! The engineer was very neat and tidy. Was no remains of him even being here besides the equipment and the system! He was very efficient and informative going through everything in detail and being very patient with me. He had thought everything through and came up with a plan! such a brilliant experience as most trades don't do this; just come round a drill holes without considering what I would like.

The Monitored Security gives me peace of mind that if I get broken into, have a fire or even a medical emergency help is directly on the way to me.

Great experience all round. The engineer was polite, friendly and really knowledgeable. When consulted regarding what we wanted, we were given options and recommendations that were 5 star; brilliant advisor. We knew exactly what we were getting and what it would do. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Protekta Security. Both the Representative and the engineer spent a lot of time in explaining how the system works and how it has given me piece of mind being well adapted to my requirements. Which included Carbon monoxide monitoring and Fire Brigade responce for my monitored smoke alarms and C/O alarms.

They were both very pleasant and polite in their approach. I felt I have been given a very good service. Would highly recommend Protekta security to anyone looking to improve their security.

Extremely prompt efficient service.

The alarm itself is fantastic, we can set it on our phones once we are all upstairs for the night. The whole family can have access to the alarm app so if any of us need to deactivate it, it’s easily done. Our fitter was competent / professional and the install was carried out to a high standard.
