Love all my silky products - people always say how pretty they are :-) happy to add the cap to my collection of scrunchies and wrap - highly recommend for silky stylish hair

I ordered a container for my diesel additive. They sent me the wrong one. Then customer service argued with me and offered 3$ then 6$ then 9$ as a partial refund. They said they were trying to accommodate me. I said all I want is the correct product ordered. Now they don’t respond at all. This company Sucks!! Beware!!

I am a repeat buyer from Proudess and have loved absolutely every product… scrunchies, a wrap, hats and pillowcases… they have all left me hair the healthiest it has been in about 20 years.
