I contacted your support team and received a response stating that they are awaiting a reply from the "internal team." However, it has been five days since then, and I have not received any further updates or a resolution to the problem. This delay and lack of communication have left me dissatisfied.

I appreciate your service and have previously relied on its reliability and quality. However, in light of this incident, I am somewhat disappointed and expect a swift resolution to my issue. I am confident that you understand the importance of this matter and will take the necessary steps to restore my proxy access or provide appropriate compensation.
