Shite experience. No customer support. Randomly cancelled my order with no follow up. Would not recommend London sneaker club to anyone.

The person wrote the wrong address on parcel and I had to divert it and box came slightly damaged on lid but apart from that they do not respond to emails

Ordered a pair of shoes and they refunded it for no reason and still haven't gave my money back do not buy from them online

Excellent as always. Super speedy delivery. The Trainers are good and I was happy with the price. I’d recommend London sneaker club to anyone wanting to buy kicks. Great stuff.

Very easy and soon as my item was on its way.

Fast delivery and great price for pre owned trainers. Could hardly tell they were pre owned in 10/10 condition

Super fast delivery and great customer service as usual. Thanks 👏

Most reliable resale store.

Good communication and super quick shipping. My go to store & prices are insanely good.

Nothing to complain about all great overall experience

They don’t accept returns. Their customer service seem to have an appalling attitude to customers which I’m not come across before. I would avoid.

Great communication, as soon as I made my order I received a phone call confirming dispatch date, great communication on their Instagram account also. Product was as described and authentic, shipped next day. Just great all round.

Shoppable experience made easy. No hassle just an easy transaction.

I had to return my order due to import duties , i’ve been waiting for over a month and i didn’t receive cashback

Walked into the store and was greeted by staff. I was helped throughout the store. Will recommend to anyone.

Store was very nice and welcoming, what made the store stand out was that they sell both new and used shoes which really caught my eye. The staff where very friendly and made the experience very enjoyable for me.

Great customer service. Very friendly staff and a good shopping experience

Great service and prices

Today I traveled a 2 hour journey to london from a sleepy suffolk villiage to take my 13 year old son to proxyeed. We were met with a very warm welcome at the door and very friendly staff inside. Due to my son following them on tic-tock we asked for a photo with them. They were more than happy to get involved. They then gave him a 99p Saturday token which put a massive smile on his face. He posted the pic on Insta and they replied to him which made his smile even brighter.
What an amazing group of people. Thank you for making a 13 year old boy very happy (and I haven’t even bought his shoes from them YET) but I most definitely will.
100% recommend popping by and saying hello to these guys. We will make sure everyone in our sleepy neck of the woods knows the name proxyeed.
