Extremely disappointing experience with PRPosting.

I paid for an SEO link placement and was given a page that is not indexed in Google. That means the placement provides little to no SEO value. The page being technically live is not good enough when the whole purpose of the purchase is SEO benefit.

When a customer pays for a link placement, it should be on a page that Google can actually find and index. Otherwise, what exactly was delivered?

I requested a proper resolution, either indexing, replacement, credit, or refund, but their customer service has been 100% non-existent.

Anyone using PRPosting should carefully check every delivered URL with Google. Do not assume a live page equals an effective SEO placement, and do not expect much support if something goes wrong.

My experience with these guys was bad. The links they posted for me were of poor quality, which is why we lost positions in Google search results. The following orders were simply cancelled. I do not recommend anyone to order links from them. Save your nerves and money.

I decided to write a review after realizing that I was just lucky with my first several publications. The last two were so bad:

1. The first one just disappeared after a couple of weeks (published on 2024-04-09), and there is no mechanism to resolve this at all. I wrote to support—that's it; they never responded. No dispute, no refund (and I paid for "insurance" until 2024-10-10), which is almost funny.
2. The second turned out, after I had already paid for it, to have a meta tag with name="robots" and content="noindex, nofollow" in the head section! That's just ridiculous...

You don't control your publications. They can be deleted, and Support can't do anything with that. You lose money, content, and time. You don't also control other links that will be posted in the article without your approval, and they can be links to your direct competitors. You control almost nothing. You will spend months receiving a normal (not even good) publication. Their Support doesn't work well. They reply "Hello" and nothing else. And then, the chat is hidden due to time-out. Don't spend your time on this platform if you want to have good postings.
