Love the fit! You could tell they took time to perfect the material, the fit and the design! No complaints on the items.

I think shipping time can be stated on the webpage for reference. Also package was delayed probably due to the black friday sales and the shipping logistics probably got things messed up. But the after service by PR was prompt!

Great customer service. One of the items I originally ordered ended up being out of stock, but the team handled it really well. They let me choose a replacement item of my choice, regardless of price, which I genuinely wasn’t expecting.

Communication was clear, the issue was resolved quickly, and they made sure I was happy with the outcome. Really appreciated how they dealt with it — proper customer care. Would definitely order again.

Unfortunately, the carrier or someone stole my package.. PRSTUDIO are willing to help me and being generous send me another replacement.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and paid $26.22 on shipping . I still haven’t received my order and no updates have been given in the past week or so. I’m really disappointed with this especially after paying so much.

the color as well as distressing was completely unlike the photos and videos shown, the product I received was way closer to yellow than any sort of creme or whiteish color shown in some promotional videos. The fit also didn't seem to match proportion wise for reference I'm 183 cm 72 kg and for me the shirt doesn't fit at all close to how it was displayed on body. I was genuinely really excited for this piece but given shipping time quality of piece and cost I likely won't be purchasing again

Probably my 4th time ordering with them, the fit goes hard and the customer service is always on point - they’re super responsive and compensate for delays when necessary.

At first, the response from customer service was a bit delayed, but that was likely because I hadn’t included my order number in my first emails. Once I added it, he got back to me extremely quickly and was very helpful throughout.

The shirt designs are cool. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, which meant I needed a refund, but he gave other options, which means refunding wasn't mandatory, which could be convenient for other people.

Overall, this is a great brand with a range of choices and excellent customer service

Sizing didnt feel quite right for me. I should've sized up. Also, material felt more…light than I would've expected for the price.
