We have bought many pieces of jewelry over the years form P&S. Not only are the pieces imaginatively and skillfully crafted from top quality materials but the service for repairs and renovations is excellent. I cannot recommend too highly.

The bubbles ring with pink and teal sapphires has carefully matched and blended stones, the design is beautifully balanced. Its smooth and fits snugly to the finger so it's easy to wear. Customer service at Pruden and Smith is always perfect and efficient.

We visited to discuss remodelling engagement ring and wedding rings. They listened to what we had in mind and were very quickly able to translate that into a design. They checked on budget and have a quite short time frame for making the new pieces. Excellent service.

Outstanding service. Purchased silver bracelet before Christmas but was "lost" by the Post Office. Pruden and Smith hand delivered a replacement (I am local) no questions asked. Excellent bracelet with a simple plain design.
The first bracelet did eventually appear after Christmas, so I was able to reciprocate its return.
