I purchased and used PSI Health Insurance throughout all four years of my undergraduate studies in the United States as an international student. Every year, their customer service team was excellent, responsive, and helpful whenever I contacted them by phone or email. I really appreciated having reliable support whenever I had questions.

However, the automated system incorrectly set my start date to May 28. Odette effectively resolved the issue right away, successfully changing my effective start date to May 27 just like I wanted. The customer service is great, I like how they care about the customer and give you solutions to your issues and they keep you on the loop for the process. Also I appreciate the follow ups so that they make sure you have no questions or concerns. I needed to have a plan that is not on the posting and Odette helped me with that, I truly appreciate her and her help and she did a great job in customer service.
