Psychic Reader Jobs (Psychic Sofa) Bewertungen

The admin staff are always ready to listen and help with any issues. I can say I really enjoy what I do, knowing I am supported and bolstered by a good ethical company. The revenue paid is more aligned with others in the industry now than previously. It's a very busy online site allowing plenty scope to grow in experience. There is a diversity of callers/customers both regular and new with a high demand for the service. I can happily recommend Psychic Sofa as a special company to work for. I love my job! It's easy to love the company for that reason.

Psychic sofa is super patient and supportive with readers and callers. Also, Psychic Sofa pays us bonus too. I've Always received patient and kind response from Psychic Sofa team. My agent ID is 4429

I love working here! Some of the callers can be problematic - but PS itself is lovely <3

Psychic Sofa exploits both their psychic readers and their customers.
They charge a £2 weekly fee to their psychics for the privilege of being paid.
They offer a £2 per hour bonus for working Monday to Friday from midnight until 7 am, and a £3 per hour bonus for working from midnight on Saturday to 7 am Sunday.
Readers are paid 25p per minute for calls over 14 minutes, and 20p per minute for calls under 14 minutes in duration, or if you fail to log on for more than 10 hours per week. If you complete your minimum 10 hours by the weekend, you receive 27p per minute for weekend calls.
You could log on for hours on end and not receive a single call, so they exploit you by making you wait for calls for hours without any pay. One week in July 2025, I earned a paltry £79.63 for a whole week's work, and £93.81 the following week that same July. How is anyone supposed to live on a pittance like that?
You are subjected to terrible abuse from those you read for—foul language, rudeness, and condescending comments—and if you dare to tell anyone something they don't like, such as the truth, you are publicly humiliated on their live website for all the world to see through scathing reviews for simply telling the truth.
I was fired because a female client took what I said completely out of context; there was no warning, no notice, just an instant block from logging on with no right of appeal.
The management claims you are self-employed but dictates pay and working conditions, such as the minimum number of hours per week you must work.
You are working under severe duress for a pittance.
Psychic Sofa has made millions of pounds, as their accounts on Companies House show clearly, all off the backs of exhausted psychics and vulnerable customers. They are ruthless.
You have to suffer listening to the most hideous, chronically monotonous music while you wait for the customer's payment to come through—the same awful tune on repeat: tacky, horrid, boring, monotone rubbish that feels like being brainwashed.
Psychic Sofa has been known to pay their psychics to leave good reviews for them on this page, which is dishonest and against the law. They have no ethics whatsoever, just total exploitation and abuse from one end of the company to the other. In all, it is a completely harrowing and negative experience, with the risk of being fired in an instant, sworn at, insulted, and publicly slandered for simply telling the truth, with no gratitude shown for your hard work and long, exhausting hours.
Robert Lee, the manager of Psychic Sofa, and Beverley Davies, who appears to be the supervisor, are very condescending in their emails if you dare to raise an issue of concern.
You tell the truth and get scathing reviews from callers; if you tell them what they want to hear—as many do—and it doesn't come true, as of course it wouldn't, you suffer scathing reviews for that as well. Psychic Sofa sets psychics up effectively as lambs led to the slaughter; your reputation as a psychic takes an unjust nosedive while Psychic Sofa cares nothing about this and refuses to remove unjust negative reviews, claiming that it makes them look more authentic—at the expense of poor psychics, which is diabolical.
If you are considering working for Psychic Sofa, think twice; it is a very negative experience with more risks than benefits. Once a negative review is published against your profile, you see your call rate drop and your earnings plummet for no just reason.
You also have to pay your own tax and National Insurance out of the pittance you earn. The only winners are the greedy Psychic Sofa management, who enjoy exploiting you. It is not a pleasant experience to have, and the support is utter rubbish as well. Don't go there!

I have a good friend who worked for this company, a genuine good medium and tarot card reader. He worked for this company for years and made them quite a lot of money. He had a lot of great reviews!! And a lot of callers came back for more. Sadly he was mentally struggling in the last few months of working and he recieved a few bad reviews by women who actually didn’t like being told the truth. His mental state actually couldn’t cope and he sadly received a few-literally a few bad reviews. The sofa should have picked up on that and told him to stop for a week or so until he was refreshed, but no, they decided to argue with him and not hear him or even noticed a change within him, They sacked him without even letting him know. The company should have a duty of care for their GENUINE best readers!!! He did get back on, and yes he used a false name like most of the readers do, and yes it was sneaky move by him, but he was doing well ( as he regained his wellbeing) and one nasty vile creature male caller knew his voice and reported him like the rat he is, and they sacked him all over again. Seriously, sofa, you lost a great reader all because he was struggling with his health. Come on, you’re a good psychic line, why be so mean to someone who was good for you? All because a few bitter women who couldn’t take the fact their man wasn’t coming back and decided to take it out on a medium who was only trying to help. Not good is it. Oh and for your info, there is a Face book group talking a lot of not so nice things about your readers…. So why was my friend singled out after all those years he spent with you….?!!. :( but then again, why would you even care about what I have mentioned, no doubt someone will answer with a poor excuse .

Very impressed with the whole system, including supportive staff, clarity of purpose, web systems and work conditions. In my opinion, a progressive, people centred organisation that cares for its' staff.

Wonderful company to work for, highly recommend. Ive worked for Psychic Sofa for quite a few years. They offer a career that is very busy but also flexible. Ive always found they are quick to answer queries and to help you. I've also read for some of the other readers, and they are genuinely lovely people working with the goal of helping others. Thank you

Can't speak highly enough of the. Team at psychic sofa. They're. A fantastic company to work for and I've been with them for over. A decade. Beverley and. Rob are just lovely. And so was Kieran the older staff member. I would say. To anyone looking to expand. Their. Skills as a reader. And. Enhance their. generic. Skills such as dealing with people from all walks. Of. Life, communicating clearly. Having compassion and understanding for. People and gaining satisfaction from knowing you're helping people. Then this is the job for. You. It offers. So much flexibility and perfect. To work around. When the. Kids are at. School or in bed at night. Or. people looking to avoid the office commute or. Like working from home I'm their own comfort. It's a great job and love them all at head office. Thanks for having me as. Part of. The team and I think it. Speaks for itself. That I have stayed with them for. So. Long and. Also recommend friends and family who have an interest in spiritual things, to join the company. Do not. Hesitate to pick up the phone and give them a call if. You'd like to join, they're all so friendly and will make. You feel very. Welcome

I have been a reader on the psychic sofa platform for many years. Both clients and staff are all absolutely lovely people, and it is always such a pleasure to be a reader on their platform. I highly recomend anyone considering joining as a reader!

I've worked for Psychic Sofa for 2 years & have found them the easiest company to work for. They're consistently busy & there's never been any issues over pay. I work completely around my own lifestyle, which was a massive help when I was recovering from a broken ankle. The team are also very approachable, if you need support. They screen applicants very thoroughly, so customers can be reassured that they have experienced, compassionate readers. If you're thinking of working for spirit & using your psychic gifts as a living, Psychic Sofa is a great company to work for, so go for it & apply.

I’ve worked as a reader for nearly a year. Love working with psychic sofa. Always busy and never had any issues. The management are super lovely. Love my job xx

Trusted site been using Psychic Sofa for many many years and never had any issues. The readers are of a good standard. I always come back when I feel overwhelmed with life.

Hello everyone! After nine years of being part of the Psychic Sofa family, it's hard to put into words just how incredible this platform is and how dedicated and kind the people behind it are. It's a global success story that you might not expect from a family-operated business, with calls coming from every corner of the earth, making it the busiest spiritual platform in the UK. The company deeply values its agents, ensuring they are thoroughly vetted and generously compensated. They're always ready to assist with any work-related concerns. Working with this fantastic team has been a dream come true. Psychic Sofa boasts some of the finest psychics, clairvoyants, mediums, tarot readers, intuitives, and empaths, not only in the UK but possibly worldwide. Even as an insider, I'm constantly amazed by their profound ability to offer guidance, healing, support, and life-changing predictions. Being a part of this journey with Psychic Sofa is something I take immense pride in. They truly deserve all the accolades they receive and more. Whether you're considering working with them or seeking a reading, you won't be disappointed. I feel truly fortunate to be associated with this platform.

I have worked at Psychic Sofa on and off for a few years, now in the process of trying to make it my full time income as they are so accommodating and flexible compared to being stuck in a 9-5! Any of the office staff I have spoke with have always been super helpful when I’ve needed it and they respond quickly too. I’m never pressured to work and compared to other psychic companies in the uk they have a great pay rate - even better than I was making in my regular job. Most of the clients are lovely and for me I never wait long between calls, sometimes I need to log off just to take a breath. I have worked for a few similar companies over the years but Psychic Sofa will always be my recommendation if I come across other readers looking for work.

My only wish would be that there is an instant messaging service, would be great to still have the option to make some income while the house is too noisy to actually be on the phone :-)

They are a great company to work for. I have worked with them for over 6 years. Traffic is much lower then before. It would be good if they did more marketing as they are adding more readers onto the site because calls can be very slow at times

As a Reader on Sofa, a professional Spiritual Medium, Usui Reiki Practitioner and life Coach.. i have worked on and off Psychic Sofa for over 5 and a half years . I have always found them very supportive of me, my pay goes into my bank every week on time and the vast majority of "sitters" (clients) and very friendly, open and caring, but Mediums are only human, and we are not perfect. We cant please everyone all the time.
Alot of clients want to talk and choose to tell us information.. sometimes setting their phones/mobiles to "hands free", which makes it difficult to hear what their saying sometimes, and clients often get mixed up themselves, making it more difficult..
As Mediums and Psychics we all work differently, and on Sofa we give the best of ourselves to help you, the client, to move on, to change and the Psychic Sofa platform provides you and us the means to do that.. it is a great service.. if your looking for guidance, wanting communication from your loved ones on the other side or just see whats in the cards for you.. why not call.. Love and Blessings 🙏

If you're looking to do readings via a website don't use the Psychic Sofa website, they're are plenty of others available that might not treat you like they treat their customers, like dirt!!!!!! If you obtain 133 positive testimonials, treat all your callers with manners, respect, and paranormal knowledge, tell the truth or no reader is, or has ever been, right all the time, and have a duty of care to all your callers, for 12 hours a day, almost every day for 2 years, they apparently will think you need to be banned from being there for the trillions of callers that would like to speak with you again If, however, you're rude to callers, lecture them about their lives, and are probably completely dilluded about yourself and life, then Sofa, real name RJ Media, is probably the right choice!!!!!!!! There's plenty of other websites to use, they surely can't be as useless, and evil, and disgusting as Psychic Sofa I found one of our two line managers, Robert, particularly useless, miserable, and unhelpful I'm talking from 2 years of commitment to an unprofessional, useless evil waste off space business See my previous posts for further details The Wizard only speaks the truth, unlike them, who if they can be bothered saying anything, just lie

I have worked for Psychic Sofa for over thirteen years and I have to say that they are a wonderful company to work for. Pay is good, support is fantastic (especially Rob) there is absolutely NO pressure to have to log on for hours on end. As a Medium I prefer to read for my clients when my energy is high so that I deliver good quality readings, not log on for hours on end when I am tired and my energy is low. I am very surprised by some of the negative reviews as I have always found Psychic Sofa to be very very supportive, pay well and pay on time. And they absolutely do NOT pay readers to leave false reviews. Overall, a fabulous, caring, professional company to work for.

Hi I often use Psychic Sofa for a short session to assist me in my thoughts and possible life path decisions - as we can all be our own blind spot! I have found them to be helpful and do pick who I feel will resonate with my energy at the time. This platform is wonderful overall and any negative feedback is certainly worth ignoring as these people work really hard to help us as different times in our lives.

I have worked for this company for 4 years whilst also acting as full-time carer for my wife. They have been very supportive and always, without fail, paid me on time. I have nothing more to say other than they offer an excellent service both to their readers and clients
