You will just go around in circles and only end up wasting your time and money running after them.

Very bad experience with PTCL internet. I just got the connection yesterday, and since this morning there has been no internet at all. Despite paying heavy monthly bills, the service quality is extremely disappointing. Not recommended

The company is a scam when it comes to deactivate your services. Their customer support doesn’t know how to deal and retain clients. All they need is money coming to them in any way even if its haram. Since january I have been calling then to close my subacription and they are still se ding me bill. They simply tell you that you have to pay first till date even when I never used their connection after my application. Till date they put 10086 bill on my name even when I asked them to stop services. I just paid them this money as a Zakat and niw they are saying that its 12:00 past so you have to pay 110 rs more…ghatiyaa company they just need money. I asked them to let their manager know and tell him/her to call me. Crux is after all this process they are still not cooperating and said that we will not close the service.

Had a very very very bad experience with ptcl flash fiber internet at home . Finally closed it , I also paid extra money due to company misguided me , I will never recommend anyone to use ptcl internet. I convert to another best in Islamabad.

wouldve done less if i could, 50 mbps package, over 1 months guess what the average speed was and how often it actually worked. 15 mbps average. Out for 8-12 hours every other day. Spent more on mobile data than ptcl. Dont buy from these people any other internet service provider is better than these scumbags. Raking in billions of rupees every year as profits and cant spend a fraction of that to improve the service. Worst ISP choice for lahore.

what went wrong is that my internet is absoulutly trash. Ive tried restarting my net, changing the wifi password and even ethernet to my computer but my net continues to be very bad. PTCL claims that their flash fiber is very fast so i got that installed as well but it turns out to be a complete waste of money. flash fiber did NOTHING and my net is still very bad. i can barely load videos or messages and it even took me a few minutes to load this website to write this review. Calls that require internet are also sometimes just not dialed and i end up getting the "missed call" message around 10 minutes after the call.

If there is an option of -1. I would have click on it. I have complained several times. Sorry Sir we are gonna solve it soon but they never did. It has been more than 3 days still not working. Shame on you ptcl.

I received a new connection just two days ago, but the internet has not been working since yesterday. When I contacted the call center this morning, I was informed of a fiber line break. However, it has now been over 24 hours and the issue is still not resolved. Additionally, the agent mentioned that she can't log a formal complaint because it is a mass outage.

I had the most disappointing and frustrating experience with PTCL. We used their internet for one month, and after that the service completely disappeared. We complained multiple times, called again and again, but PTCL didn’t bother to take any action. Disgusting network useless network

Even when we directly told them that if they can’t provide service, they should disconnect our connection, they still ignored us.

For five whole months, we had no internet, no service, nothing — yet PTCL suddenly showed up and demanded full payment for all the months when they never provided a single minute of service. We had already switched to another internet provider because PTCL failed to do their basic job.

PTCL’s customer service is irresponsible, careless, and completely unprofessional. They don’t listen, they don’t resolve issues, and they don’t respect their customers’ time or money. I will never recommend PTCL to anyone.

Very very bad service and our area line man is not picking the name ijaz for sleempura stop and other area mostly his phone is powered off 2 months bill is come without any use

I want to rate them 0 star but unfortunately there wasnt an option , i live in chichawatni and first of all there network works somehow okay in the day but on night even though 1 pay them 3460rs and my package is for 15 mbps , it only gives 3 to4 mb on every night in dastageer park . I was in Multan and forgot to pay the bill , the due date was 21 nov , and when i tried to pay the bill on 22nd online it wasnt accepting payment , anyhow on 24 nov they stopped sending internet to my house , when i came from Multan today on 26 nov, and the first thing i did was to went their office to pay bill but when i got there they told me the one who accepts bill has gone to khana khany somewhere so i have to wait for 20 min but he still didnt come, same happened in oct but the one who accepts bill has gone somewhere else , the workers in Ptcl are neglecting their duties , my number is 0405480099 , avoid this at all cost

The internet speed from PTCL is generally good when it’s working, but their customer service is extremely disappointing. Whenever there’s a network outage, it often takes weeks to get resolved. The lineman and area technicians rarely answer calls, and when they do, they usually give lame excuses instead of fixing the problem. When we connect on helpline (1218) then every time they say “your issue has been marked as high priority”, but nothing actually happens. PTCL really needs to improve its response time and accountability.

I am very disappointed with PTCL. Whenever a problem occurs, it takes more than 10 days and still remains resolved even after making multiple complaints to 1218. The customer service keeps making promises but no real action is taken. It's really frustrating to face the same issue again and again without any proper support.
