In two years, they are just lying behind my net. Every other third day, they turn off the net and do not pick up calls. On weekdays, the net is closed and the whole day is closed on Sunday.very bad experience

Placed order on 30 november. got contacted by their support 2 days later. paid fees immediately. today its 3rd of december they have marked my order as complete and have sent me a message and email that installation has completed at your location. or ghar mere koi banda hi nahi aya to install internet. contacted support they have simply forwarded an email to relevant department but still no response

Pakistan Cheapest Internet provider.
Third class internet with third class customer support. Expensive internet packages. Which are increasing on monthly basis.

I had high hopes when I submitted a request for a new internet connection with PTCL on September 14. However, it's now September 20, and I’m still without service.

The whole process has been frustratingly slow and uncommunicative. I’ve tried reaching out for updates, but customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. It feels like my request has fallen into a black hole.

In today’s fast-paced world, timely service is essential, and PTCL has completely missed the mark. If you’re considering their services, I suggest looking elsewhere. I certainly wish I had. My order ID: 1-365325543418 you can check. Pathetic service

I am 6mb user, every month or so prices go up...reason, i could get........ increasing inflation/ living crisis and to maintain the quality service shamelessly we increased the price.
Private carrier are way cheap and claiming profits but b*** these government owned departments are just waste of time and resources. LAHOL PARHEIN

Worse internet experience. First this company is lair it provide you 6 MB internet that has 600kB speed. Worse internet experience everytime it get out of order every month and you need to call the centre to fix this one... Go for fiber if you are unstoppable service with high speed and quality. Don't waste your time on PTCL.

I have a very bad experience using the ptcl internet service. From last 3 months there service is not up to the mark. Internet is not available whole day and works very slowly. I cannot do my work using this slow internet. Please file a legal case against them because we are just wasting our money and they are not providing us the best service.

I paid them online for internet connection. they said placement available for your location but after I paid them they said no connection point available on your location so I asked to cancel and for refund. They cancelled it and now it's over a year passed they didn't refunded that. I called them 100 of times everytime they say waiting period of 30-40 days and it's over a year now I also go to there office there thay also did the same drama. Now I will take strick acction on this FRAUD company

internet is absolute garbage. used to work fine but now it runs at 0.88 mbps, is incredibly unstable for slightly above normal use (using anything apart from google searching on a laptop).

I'm looking for option below zero rating. Worst experience ever. My internet isn't working from 2 weeks. I requested to upgrade my package for quality internet and they completely shut the service.

I had a very poor experience with PTCL. I got a new connection on May 24, but it worked for only 2 hours. Since then, the device was switched off. I called them to suspend my service, and they said it was suspended. However, in July, they sent me a bill for 4 months. They told me I had to pay, or my bill would increase each month. I paid and barely managed to get rid of this problematic thug service. If you have lot of money then enjoy ptcl. They are looters

Smart TV channels disgusting. Very few Sports channels covering Olympics. No Golf coverage and
Golf channels.
Most channels outlandish. Movie channel's not good.

A very poor internet connection. Slow speed, frequent disconnection. I complained a few times but no one come and check the issue. They close the complaint without resolving the issue. From no on I will raise voice on every social media platform about them. They only know how to steal money.

i cant get download speed more than 1 mbps and network goes at any time i am trying to download a game from 5 days and your network goes at any time your service is shi₸

I was a PTCL customer, I was shifted from Sind to punjab permanently and my PTCL connection was required to closed. I handed over my equipment to PTCL Representative and ask for ticket Numbers. Once I shifted after that I requested that person for 2 months, even I talked to SDO, GE Air, and help line several times, all are trying to paying late strategy. I dishearted that such type of employees are in PTCL. How over Pakistan can survive, these type of personnel trying to downgrade the our beloved country.
