I am very pleased with my experiences with formatting and cover designs. PS responded quickly to my feedback to give me the highest quality products I could hope for at reasonable prices.

I have used them several times and getting ready to use them again. A previous company had corrupted my file so badly, every line, every paragraph, needed work. They did 300+ pages of corrections and never charged me 1 penny more. They were wonderful. I have had many bad experiences with other companies, but definitely not with this company. They are the best!
