they where easy to communicate with. i did need to do 2 orders to format but thats a lesson learned as a new author. my advice to everyone is to triple check that your final draft is completely done done done, before formatting. lessons of growth learned. Still my book turned out beauitful

This is why we offer unlimited revisions with this package - we understand that in order to hit the mark, we have to communicate more with some publishers to understand their POV and expectations. So, if you don't like the content, you have the chance to ask for revisions and explain in more detail what you're looking for.
You never asked us to make any changes, and that offer still stands!

Publishing Services has formatted two of my books, with the second one completed this week. They provide high quality formatting and I’m impressed with the results. The turn around is very fast as it only took a couple days to format my manuscript. And after providing edits, they responded with the updated manuscript within 24 hours, with all edits successfully made. Difficult instructions
I am giving a 4 star review due to the instructions given to put this A+ content together were complicated. I had a friend helping me and we were both baffled at times.

I just wanted to take a moment to clarify a few things that might help for the future — and for anyone else reading along.
We completely understand that the upload process can feel confusing, especially the first time. While it might seem easier if we uploaded the content for you, that’s not something we’re able to offer — and for good reason.
Although Amazon doesn’t explicitly forbid you from sharing your KDP login, it’s strongly discouraged. If we were to log into your KDP account from our IP address (which is also connected to our own publishing account), it could appear to Amazon that you have multiple accounts — a violation of their Terms of Service that can lead to account termination for both parties.
Beyond that, sharing your login details with any third party always carries risks. Someone with access could change your password or settings, and you could lose control of your account.
That’s why we provide step-by-step upload instructions — as a free bonus. The actual A+ Content Package includes your fully designed content modules, just like a cover design package includes the cover file (but doesn’t include uploading it to Amazon). These instructions are meant to make the process easier, and we’re always here if you get stuck. Just send us an email and we’ll do our best to help — we can even record a personalized Loom video to walk you through it.

Three days ahead of schedule!
Everyone was so helpful. I was nervous about getting my project out on time and had a lot of questions and concerns, which were addressed very quickly and in a friendly, professional manner. The speedy responses and helpful attitude made it possible for me to complete my project three days ahead of schedule. The cost was slightly more than I initially expected, but in terms of convenience and speed of turnaround, it turned out to be worth every cent!

Formatting my book
I use publishing services to format my book. Although I am computer savvy, I just could not take the challenge of trying to learn to do it myself. They did a wonderful job very quickly and they were very helpful in making a few adjustments that I noticed needed to be done. I will definitely use them again!

The design was amateur at best
The design was amateur at best. I am still working on a resolution, but frankly, I would just like my money back. I was told that PS is the best, and I'm severely disappointed so far. Your policies are also very rigid and not very customer service-friendly.

However, we would like to clarify that at this point, you have only received the first round of cover concepts. We have not yet had the opportunity to apply a single revision — which is included free of charge in this package.
Design is highly subjective, which is why our process always includes revisions: so we can take your feedback and customize the design to your liking.
We find it a bit harsh to receive a 1-star review before we’ve had the chance to work with you on any revisions, especially since we are actively reaching out to better understand your preferences and make the necessary adjustments.
Regarding your mention of our policies, we want to be clear: we offer a full refund after revisions if the customer is still not satisfied, as outlined in our publicly available Revision & Refund Policy (Section 9).
We are still very much committed to delivering a final product you’re happy with — or, if not, to processing a full refund quickly and respectfully. We genuinely hope to resolve this in a positive way.
