Don’t miss this authentic Puglia experience!
We absolutely loved our time with chef Domenico who was generous sharing his passion for Puglian produce, cuisine and hospitality. First we bought produce direct from the farmer, then went to his kitchen in a 500 year old building to get hands on making focaccia and pasta from scratch, learning how to make local pasta sauces and more about local food. Then the treat of enjoying the delicious lunch afterwards paired with a crisp local wine. Highly, highly recommend!
