Tale of two parts really! My other half had a turbo fitted and was really happy with the actual products, however a week later, it's leaking oil, after investigation, a pipe had been broken and left whilst fitting the turbo and these guys aren't interested at all...they've shipped half of what is needed to fix it, but won't cover any labour as it's a 'quick job' to fix...if it was so quick, why wasn't it fixed as soon as it was broken?? The bolts were also rounded around the break so fixing it is now also a drill out jobby! Good performance of the car but hideous lack of any customer service!!!

Took my car for some upgrades spoke to them what I wanted got me booked in for the work doing and now my 1.6 Ecoboost Zetec S focus is scary fast,They have done a really good job at pumaspeed and big thanks to all the guys that worked on her.

absolute terrible had orders before and always there was sommething with it even now they have the parts in stock but they just dont ship em even when i asked what was wrong they come up with an excuse and tel you they are gonna ship it today but nothing happens. absolute terrible service i want my money or my parts

Terrible customer service. They don’t even respond to E-mails. The longer they been in business the worse they have got. Used to be a top bunch that we used to recommend. It’s totally opposite now days. Stay far away is the only advice I can give!

I've used Pumaspeed a few times and never had a problem. Until I had a problem with an order and needed the help of customer service. A fairly simple request to exchange an item resulted in an extremely impolite reply that offered no assistance at all and was verging on a personal insult. I will not be back!

they screwed to you, they do not give assistance and support. They send wrong or faulty pieces.

Ordered a Driveshaft and paid, invoice sent though, when 4 days later nothing arrives, I check the tracking/order and its showing "REFUNDED" no email or call to tell me this and no refund in the bank to alert me either.
So car has sat on a ramp for 5 days for no reason.
What a shocking way to run a business.

Prob best to avoid and use company’s like demon tweeks, you get no reply to messages, either on the site or via eBay , you only have to look at there postage costs to realise that the only thing that matters is money coming in and not customer service and satisfaction

Bought a stage 2R for my 2013 Fiesta ST180 added some extra bits, crackle map, stage 3 intake, full milltek exhaust system with sports cat (non res race). Decided to fit it myself, my only problems I had was the bolts on the cat, I had to cut them off in the end and no new exhaust/cat gaskets supplied (mine were shot to bits) but I just picked them up from ford the same day. The remap tool was also missing but I gave the lads a call and they got one out the next day to me, no questions asked. I loved fitting it all myself, Josh did actually warn me that the cat bolts can be a pain to be fair. All in all, a great company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their fizz bomb.

As for the car.... its a completely new car now, its a little rocket ship, wont ever get tired of people calling me a t*t because of the pops and bangs, anyone considering upgrading, just do it you wont regret it.

Had a great experience with an online order for the Fiesta ST180 stage 1/1R. I originally ordered the workshop fitting by mistake, so rang them up, changed the order and paid the difference, then I had the handheld kit within 2 days!
Plugged the kit into my car, followed the instructions, sent my ECU off to them and got the map files within 24 hours. Installed the stage 1R and it's like a different car, I love it!
Only rated as 4 stars because their website isn't the best, but it's still usable. And to get a quick answer to any questions you'll need to call them as opposed to using their email.
Other than that, I am more than happy with their service.

i picked my car up yeserday from a long build of a blue top engine and with the new x58evo2, i can say they have built a monster of a car and very happy with the resuilts so well done boys at pumaspeed for building me a beast and it gose like a rocket many thanks boys at pumaspeed i love it

I Drove from Stornoway on the Outer Hebrides with my Focus ST Think it was a Saturday I arrived, only the Top man Owner was in, he overcharged me for a simple job , bad move going there, I got stung. Keep well away from Pumaspeed.

Placed an order with this company who promptly called me the next day to advise that part I ordered was not in stock and won’t be available for a few weeks did offer an alternative and didn’t charge for the price difference will was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to chat with keep up the good work guys

AVOID non existent customer service will ignore the customer at all costs for their own benefit. Failed to meet their own advertisement of next day delivery I then asked for the order to be cancelled before it was even dispatched they ignore this sent the item out 4 days later. I refused delivery of this as had ordered the item elsewhere from another company that can deliver next day as was needed urgently. I then got a email claiming I will have to pay a 15% restocking fee which can not legally be charged. Three weeks later I have had no response to any emails and still no refund I’m down £195 and still chasing for my full refund for a item I haven’t even taken delivery of and previously asked for it to be cancelled before it was even dispatched

100% disappointed. I've been scammed.
2 Years ago I ordered a Spring Eibach pro kit for my Fiesta St.
As there are no references marked in the page for this product, I received them and assembled them.
In Spain, to be totally legal, you need to homologate these new parts which implies cost of 400+ € only the paperwork.

One week ago, a friend bought same parts in eBay and asked me to check the specific references the engineer homologated for the springs.
They were wrong.
Pumasmpeed sold me front springs for a the engine 1.0L FOX when I purchased the set for the fiesta ST.
Literally my car is lower than expected and potentially I will got some mechanical issues as the springs are not designed for my car weight.

After explaining them the situation the only answer I got from Pumaspeed is that this is my fault to not check the parts within the next 2 days after receiving them.
How I am supposed to do it? Pumaspeed webpage does not even specify the part numbers!!!
If I would wanted to check and revise the references I would bought it in eBay or Amazon. Come on!!.

This is unacceptable for a company as Pumaspeed.
Of course I am not buying anthing else to Pumaspeed and for sure I will make sure these facts arrive to the maximum people possible.

i phoned pumaspeed up yeserday to order some car oil great service nathan got the it posted the same day, it came today at 10.30 today many thanks will deal again many thnaks boys

Quick service quick delivery and answered my messages even when closed. On hand to help if needed can't ask for more than that...

Oh and quality parts😁 these guys know there stuff.
