We we're picked up promptly at our pick up time and it was about an hour to the riding location. The horses were lovely and responsive and our guides we're super helpful. High Recommend if staying in Punta Cana!

✨ Punta Cana Adventures – A Memorable Experience with Room to Improve Booking Process ✨

From the moment we decided to book with Punta Cana Adventures, we were excited! But we did face some challenges during online booking. As a long-time Affirm customer, I really value having the option to finance my vacation adventures—it allows us to enjoy the moment without financial stress. Unfortunately, Affirm was not available during checkout, which caused a lot of back and forth.

My partner and I kept trying, but Affirm wouldn’t load—it only showed other payment methods like Klarna or credit cards. We were in Punta Cana, so we expected that the site would work internationally, 24/7/365. It was frustrating and not a seamless experience.

However, I want to give a big shout-out to Jean, who did not give up on us. He stayed in constant communication, tried multiple ways to help us, and finally got Affirm to appear as an option. His persistence and customer service truly stood out—it’s rare to see that kind of dedication!

🛠️ Suggestions for Improvement:

Involve IT support to fix the recurring issue with Affirm not showing up at checkout.

Ensure global accessibility of payment options—especially for loyal customers using financing platforms like Affirm.

Improve the website speed and responsiveness. It was slow and laggy, not due to WiFi, but the site itself.

Conduct routine functionality reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to make sure everything from excursion browsing to payment works smoothly.

🌴 Once we got to the adventure itself — everything changed. It was AMAZING! The Off-Road Dune Buggies were a blast, and the highlight was definitely the Cenote Cave. It was like a hidden underground club—music pumping, a cool atmosphere, and something truly unique to experience. It was a powerful reminder to appreciate life—we saw parts of the island where people live with so little, and it made us grateful for what we have.

👥 The team made it special by being organized, patient, and enthusiastic from the start. They gave clear instructions, ensured safety, and made sure everyone was having fun.

📌 Overall:

Booking: Needs improvement (especially Affirm and website functionality).

Adventure: Incredible, fun, eye-opening, and unforgettable.

Staff: Amazing—especially Jean. Thank you for not giving up!

Would I recommend Punta Cana Adventures? Yes—but I hope to see the booking process enhanced to match the high quality of the on-ground experience.

We had an absolutely amazing time on the Saona Island day trip with Punta Cana Adventures! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our guide was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had fun throughout the day.

The catamaran ride was a highlight – great music, dancing, and an open bar that added to the festive Caribbean vibe. Saona Island itself is breathtaking – white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise water, and stunning natural beauty. The lunch on the beach was delicious and plentiful, with something for everyone.

We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Punta Cana. Thank you, Punta Cana Adventures, for an unforgettable experience!

Wonderful all around time with great staff!!

My wife and I had an amazing time on the ATV Triple Adventure. The thrill of riding through the mountains and down to the river was unforgettable—and sipping fresh, natural coconut water along the way was the perfect touch. Communication and customer service were excellent, with timely updates throughout. While the transportation logistics could be improved—we did experience some delays waiting for other adventurers—it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this adventure to others looking for an exciting outdoor escape.

Great time on this excursion! Snorkeling and lunch after the dolphin and shark swim! Drinks and a nice boat ride.

Fun, Interesting and Educational. If there were a few more rum options, and snacks included. But the host was excellent.

The tour was very well organised with amazing punctuality for hotel pickup. A great experience travelling with a speed boat to this amazing paradise island, overwhelming landscapes for pictures , lunch and open bar included. The return trip on the catamaran boat had a great atmosfere with good music and dancing, open bar drinks as well. Don't think twice , just do it !

Visited the scape park on 2/20/25. Did the 4x4 experience which was so much fun! Husband and I both got a turn to drive on the course. Our 4x4 was a bit rough and ended up stalling out during the course, but our guide was able to help and quickly got us started back up. We did the cave swim, swam in the waterfalls, and did the cenote swim. All was beautiful. The hike to the cenote was difficult though, much more than expected. About a mile each way I would estimate, through rough terrain and many stairs. So worth it, but word of caution to anyone who may not be up for the physical challenge. Swim shoes are recommended but would note that hiking shoes would have been helpful on the hikes through jungle terrain. We had the chefs special at the restaurant which was delicious with great service. Visited the iguana exhibit briefly, and watched the monkeys for a while. Did not do any of the zipline activities but they looked fun. All in all, good experience and would recommend.

Amazing is all I can say. My instructor was informative, nice, and professional. He worked well with my kids, included my disabled mom, along with focusing on the second family. Had an amazing time.

Great staff, felt safe, enjoyed the ride and everything. Great pictures and well behaved horses. Lorado was my favorite 👍

It was an excellent tour!

We saw the whale and it was so emotional, and we enjoy amazing time on Bacardi island.

The tour guide and the staff were kind and super available for any needs.

I would recommend it… but if you suffer the boat, better don’t do this tour, because if the sea is moved, is gonna be a little torture 😁

The best ATV tour ever. Our group loved it! We toured the streets of DR, the river, the beach and the mountains. We even got some Cacao.

Would not come back to the Scape Park. Although the resort is beautiful, and lots of different attractions (roughly 9) so definitely good for the price.

The cons would be every worker was rude, entitled, did not welcome us, was not friendly at all but every single one expect, demanded a tip. Tip for no service? Tip for being rude? Tip for not welcoming us?

On top of the all that we were excited to zip line and do a tour of the caves. For whatever reason they shut zip lining down from 12pm- 2pm with no notice, no heads up, nothing. So when we went to zip line were told to come back at 2pm. Maybe a little heads up would’ve been great as we would’ve planned the day better. Above that after when we went to do the cave tour we were told it was closed at 2pm which seems weird because again, no communication once so ever from the website or any staff.

So we paid for an all inclusive access to hit all attractions and because of lack of communication with closures we ended up either having to sit around waiting for one to open, or sitting around because they were closed.

All and all, of what we were able to see it was beautiful and a great day. But still very disappointed in the stuff we missed and lack of communication and friendliness.

If you do plan on doing this attraction be mindful to watch your time and ask for when stuff is open, or closed because although the park hours tell you from 9am to 4pm that is not the real time things are open. Be mindful to bring extra money for tip, even to the rude demanding workers.

We booked two adventures with Punta Cana Adventures. All was good until it was time for the adventures to occur. They emailed us to meet our transportation to the adventure at our hotels “groups lobby”. To which in the hotel we were staying at - Hard Rock Resort has two lobbies. A main lobby and a groups lobby. While we arrived at our said meet up location (groups lobby) for our first adventure they were at the main lobby and I had to call the concierge of the company to explain to them where to go as they were in the wrong pick up location. Moving on to the second adventure a couple days later. We specifically arrived at the groups lobby as was told in our pick up location email. Arrive a few minutes before pick up and waited 25 minutes to no one for the adventure transport being there. We asked hotel employees if they saw a vehicle for an adventure, to which they replied no. During the 25 min wait I attempted to call the adventure companies concierge to no answer, sent them multiple WhatsApps to no answer. I then receive an email that the company said they waited for us at the groups lobby and left without us saying we were no shows and we are not going to get a refund. It was completely unacceptable and ridiculous on their part as they were insistent on them being in the right pick up location of which they were not. Long story short, they do not have professional staff, they have poor communication, and they are very poorly organized. They do not even know where the right pick up location they email you to meet them at is. As they were at the main lobby and not the groups lobby. I would not recommend working with them or doing any adventure with Punta Cana Adventures.

Excursions were great. Monkey land made the trip.

The activity was more than amazing , my boyfriend and I had an amazing time with you guys , Ramoncito is above and beyond ... really love it
