Terrible custom service, they select what they wanna reply on the email, they signed me on their membership without my authorization, I request refund of the lick bowl bc it just doesn’t work, never replied back. Terrible experience and do not recommended

I made a one time purchase and am now ring charged for $39.95 for something. a subscription? Cannot find any contact info.

Like everyone else. 1-time purchase through Shopify. Charged me for a membership 1 month later. Saw it in pending and sent an email, so we will see but you can only contact via email. No email acknowledging cancellation no email stating I was signed up.... NOT WORTH IT!

Like the other reports they fraudulently "sign you up" for monthly payments. Avoid!

Clearly I should have come here before I made my purchase over a month ago. My bank contacted me and asked if I had authorized a $39.99 charge RECENTLY from @PUPAPAWS. I had not! The bank had already declined it. I suspect this company has had a fraud alert placed on them. I'm gratefull for the people that have unfortunately gone before me and lost money. I guess we were all "given" a MEMBERSHIP into their PUPA Plus "club" that renews monthly! That was the mystery "gift"!

This is a scam website, I purchase one dog item (item I received was low quality) but then they charged additional charges on later occasions without my consent or agreement. Had to cancel my card and dispute charges with my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I made a one‑time purchase and later discovered they had signed me up for a $39.99 USD monthly “VIP” subscription without my knowledge or permission. This charge is hidden in the fine print and not shown during checkout. Completely deceptive business practice.

I ordered dog bowls (cheap plastic dollar store quality) and they automatically subscribed me on a monthly plan.

My email for a refund has been ignored.

This company deserves less than one star. Unfortunately they have to get that one on this website. They fraudulently charged me $39.99 for a subscription that I definitely didn’t want. They owe everyone on here money do not buy a thing from them. The bowl is worth no more than $10. How dare them try to get a subscription by swindle

The bowl I ordered came with no directions. It's very difficult to use. It also is impossible for all the food inside the bowl to get out.

Then I was fraudulently charged $39.99 for some VIP service that I never signed up for. This caused me to cancel my credit card. It's a royal pain in the rear end! I emailed them several times with no resolution and no response when I asked to remove this charge!

SCAM. unknowingly sign you up to a $40USD monthly subscription if you buy anything from them.

Just like the other reviews, I ordered one product and a couple of weeks later they charged my card for something else that cost more than twice what I bought. Definitely a scam.

I checked my credit card today and noticed a fraudulent transaction of $39.99usd. After talking to my bank and doing a google search, I finally figured out that this company automatically signs you up for a subscription without telling you. When purchasing the dog bowls, I checked out using the Shopify or Shop app and only received a an email from Shop, not from PUPA PAWS and had no idea I was going to be charged. How corrupt!

Cheap plastic enrichment toy but the real issue is that they started trying to charge my card every 2 weeks for a "subscription" that I never agreed to nor signed up for...

This company just scams your credit card. After your first purchase they'll put through another charge and keep going until you have to cancel your credit card.

This company WILL defraud you.

Bought the lick and roll toy for $14.99 product because it was half off (def not worth 39.99 btw) and suddenly got hit with a $56 ‘VIP membership’ I never signed up for. Not the only one—multiple people on Reddit report the exact same scam.

Customer service? A joke. They just copy‑paste generic replies and completely ignore refund requests.

If you’ve ever bought from them, I’d check your account for unauthorized charges.

I would skip this shady company entirely.

I am in Australia but they deceitfully charge in USD so the price you're charged is not what the site says.
Immediately after entering my credit card details, I get a text message from Visa - my card is blocked for fraud. I speak to them and they tell me the whole company is a scam and I should be googling to read about them. They've had to reissue my credit card because they said it's now out on the dark web. Just close the window and move on. Very sophisticated - I was drawn in from ads on Instagram.

DO NOT ORDER. They will illegally take funds from your account and refuse refunds. Items are cheap and will break on first use.
