I like this site.
I haven't made a purchase from this website yet; however, I do believe they deserve five stars. The website is clear of clutter and very easy to use.
The website is easy to navigate, allowing me to filter by breed, price, and location, and many listings include details about vaccinations, microchipping, and health checks. It encourages in-person viewings to help buyers avoid scams and often includes information about the puppy’s parents and any health testing that has been done.

I really like the email updates on things I may have forgotten along the process of buying a dog. As experienced dog owners you forget the little bits!
The secure payment is easy and makes me feel more comfortable than depositing straight into someone’s account.

Hello Brian
I am afraid I cannot see any history of your usage of our website.
Can you please send me an email and we can investigate straight away.
All of our listings are reviewed by a real human and so I can only imagine there is a simple explanation!

SCAMMED!!!!!!
SCAMMED!!!!!!! If using this website make sure to follow the websites policy by using Trustap that has been put in place!!
My wife used this to purchase a puppy to surprise my kids such a upsetting thing to happen to you when you have such high hopes and excitement to get scammed and no pup, horrible avoid at all costs don’t get sucked in to a seller asking to send over money directly, be vigilant and carful, as they may be very convincing by sending pictures, make sure it’s legit and have good contact with the seller. Ask to visit the pup before making any deposits if possible, if it sounds too good to be true then it is!!!

UPDATE:
If you want to learn more about the safe way to purchase your new puppy, read our blog here: https://puppies.co.uk/puppy-advice/how-to-buy-a-puppy
This includes our terms of service where you must only send deposits via Trustap, and you must only do this after seeing the puppy with their mother at the breeders premises.
ORIGINAL REPLY:
Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the message.
Not to worry, this is exactly why we have the deposit safety scheme with Trustap.
We do many checks on our breeders which other websites do not and help more than 100,000 puppies find new homes each year.
Despite a very strong track record, we decided to invest very expensively into the Trustap safety deposit scheme to add a final layer of safety to our website which allows you to place a deposit into a safe account, and we protect it for you, as you will have seen all across our website the warning signs and in our blogs on how to buy a puppy, you are to only place deposits on puppies after you have seen them, and you are to do it via Trustap.
Therefore, I would be delighted to help you retrieve this deposit, if you just pass me your deposit reference number - I can look into it straight away. You can find that on your deposits page on your account.
Great Site
Jack is very helpful . I recommend puppies.co.uk to everyone . Thanks
