They make it really difficult to return an item. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Pura cashmere is great! Great quality and I have many pieces. I wear them all the time. I do not know why someone would say they aren't refunding money because they are. I have bought and returned many items up until this week - no problems. I had one item that took a while to see a credit, so I contacted customer service and was refunded right away. In their defense, it was during December holidays and they were probably a little behind.

Do yourself a huge favor and do not buy from this company they are now not giving you your money back claiming it’s because of tariffs

Do not order from this company - I ordered the classic boyfriend cardigan in grey. The sweater was pilling a lot so I wrote a review on their website. I decided to take the sweater to the dry cleaners and it came back in good condition - I wore it for an afternoon and it had horrible pilling so I wrote to customer service who was responsive but told me the problem was the dry cleaner (been a customer of the dry cleaner without problems for over 20 years). Also - the company deleted my honest review.

Stay away from this company , You will never get anyone on their support phone number nor will they call you back...You will be charged $15 for each return , You cannot return if tag was cut off EVEN if you only wore item a few minutes then changed your mind ...Customer service in email are cold with ZERO grace , you're better off buying cashmere at Macy's for half price when on sale ...Their everyday crew fits weird under arms and across chest ;the small is same as mens medium and the quality is cheap. I'm gonna return 2 of the sweaters and out $15 a piece and then I will be done with this scam company that dodges it's customers...BUYER BEWARE

The contrast crew was as beautiful as it looked on the site. My wife loved it and the gift wrapping was nice. Will try some cotton this summer.

This is a gorgeous sweater and a gorgeous color (Loden). I love how long sleeves are and the boxy shape is exactly what I was looking for. It’s very soft and comfortable. Looks great with jeans or dressier pants. I gave four stars because I thought it was a little soon to have to start combing it for pills after three or four wears.

*********Edited to add: this sweater has the most pilling ever. I bought a second before I realized that and really wish I hadn't… At the rate I'm combing pills off these things there won't anything left of them at the end of winter…. Reduced rating from 4 to 1 star.

DONT trust this company. I paid for an expensive sweater, was notified it was shipped, and 3 days later they cancelled the shipment in progress because of a “ lack of stock”

I placed a pre order and never received a receipt but I was billed. I wasnt sure if the company was legit. I received a response from customer service assuring me my product would ship on November 1st. I dont know why I didnt receive a receipt (I checked my spam folder) but I did receive confirmation that my order is in progress.

I absolutely love the three sweaters I bought from Pura. I returned the first order as I got the sizing wrong and reordered in another size. It's been awhile so I'm not sure if I spoke to someone on the phone or if it was by email. I do remember that the service was very personable and the exchange was seamless.Will certainly buy again. I ordered from Canada and no cross border hiccups

The customer support was rude! The item I received was damaged (the zipper stuck both zipping and unzipping). I contacted the company and requested the return shipping and handling be waived. I received an email 2 days later saying the item was inspected and not damaged. I replied I mailed the sweater only 2 days ago and assume I received an automated response and they couldn’t have received and inspected the sweater yet. They replied back, they inspected the sweater and found no damage; that the return has been processed. I contacted them once again saying the zipper was damaged and would appreciate they refund the return shipping and handling. I never got a response. Though the company claims to have a good reputation for quality products, it lacks fair and responsive customer service.
Reading other comments about the company, it seems they have issues with returned items and issuing full refunds.

In response to Pura’s last message, that zipper was broken. Your claim that it wasn’t after 2 days from mailing in back left no time for it to be received or inspected

How heartless can management at Pura Cashmere be??? Horrible customer service. My wife inadvertently ordered 3 of the same items within 30 minutes of each other because she has Alzheimer’s Disease and Pura Cashmere charge a restocking fee for the returns—shame on you! This is a horrid disease affecting millions of Americans. The company should show some compassion and not look to profit from someone’s misfortune. SHAME ON YOU!

I've been a fan of this style clothing for some time and have purchased through another popular site. I have to say I like the Pura sweaters much better. The others are too oversized and not a good fit - at least not for my body (5'2 - 120 LBS.) These are loose as they should be but not overly and really good quality both the cotton & the cashmere. Definitely will be a customer for life!

Stay away from this company. My sweater was mailed to a cvs store 10 miles away. I didn't like the sweater and they charged me over $14. for a restocking fee.

I love the quality and the styles of the Pura Cashmere sweaters. I'm addicted!
