I have ordered from this company twice with no issues at all. I received the product ordered in the time frame given with no hidden fees. I had no issues with my card or bank. I will order from them again. I do believe them to be a trusted company!

I placed an order for $340 on 3/24. It was cancelled by the company. Thinking it was an error in processing I placed the order again. I received the second order, but I was charged twice. I reached out to customer support 7 days ago but have only received an AI generated reply and no resolution despite having been charged twice.

I had an issue with my order and was reluctant to use Pura again after initially having no problems when I used them previously.
They reach out to me directly, and im honestly impressed with feeling valued as a customer.

I started my research back in October of last year from a local company. I decided to try purchasing online and purchased 3 vials. Shipping time was great. I reconstituted my 1st vial and had floaters. I'd never had this happen so I went to my forums and asked. All advised not to use it. I reconstituted a second vial with a new vial of BAC water and had the same experience. I proceeded to open a support ticket and have been given the run around ever since. "Let me assure you that our team is reviewing your situation." "The escalation from February 17th is active." "They will reach out to you directly as soon as their review is complete." No one has contacted me. Its been over 4 weeks. Needless to say, I went back to my old company and have had no issues. I invested over $350 and just want them to make it right.

First off, delivery came a day early so kudos to them for shipping out very early. Secondly, I ordered reta and just after a couple hours it kicked in at a 2mg dose. Company is definitely worth it and has great competitive pricing.

To be totally honest with you I’m scared to even use my product from this company I ordered and it took three weeks and many emails and I was notified several times that the email address for Customer Service and the company was no longer valid now it works miraculously though. But it took 3 weeks to receive my product and I only live 2 1/2 hours from the place. It’s mailed from in Florida and when I finally did get it. It wasn’t bubble wrapped. It wasn’t protected. One of the vials was broken and there’s not a single label on them. They literally hand wrote with a sharpie on the lid. what the product was no mg listed no nothing so now they say they’re going to send me a replacement for the broken one, but I’m terrified to use it because nothing‘s labeled who wants to take a product that doesn’t even have the the ML listed on the bottle.

UPS FAILED TO DELIVER PEPTIDES ( tried to deliver to wrong address). Went on to ups to have sent to UPS-hold site. Went
To station 3 days in a row and station told me 3 times it was not there. Then UPS SAID RETURN TO SENDER. Nevet received any contact from seller. Called seller’s phone number and left messages and never received a returned phone call!

I had never heard of Pura Peptides until I began to research for a different vendor for what I needed. I did place my first order back on November 21, 2025. Literally, within a hours time, I could no longer get there website to work. After 24 hours it was clear it had to be a server issue. At first I was worried, but within 72 hours it was back up and my package delivered on time. I say all of this for those who are leaving impatient reviews. I'm very pleased with the products I've recieved and my service. Also, just got my second order which I placed on January 22, 2026. Which was delayed due to this winter storm we are having. Note again, out the their control. To leave a negative review on a business because of your inability to be forgiving/patient when things happen, is wrong. Business is hard enough without your "I want it now" attitude. If you continue to order online then be prepared for ALL the potential mishaps. Regardless of origin. I mean even cell phone companies drop service due to server issues. How about we extend the same grace when a company has an issue, that you would ask for. You know the way you want a company to extend to you, when you slip up. Like if you've ever forgotten an appointment and don't want to pay a missed appointment fee, paid a bill late, or even getting behind on a bill and ask for an extension. I'm just tired of all the unnecessary negativity from people over the most out of ones control scenarios. I'm tired of reading negative reviews from impatient people without really getting to the review of the product. KINDNESS and PATIENCE are FREE. I gave the product a fair trial, but it didn’t deliver results, and customer service stopped responding after I reached out. I switched to another company and had very different results. I would be cautious before ordering from this one.
* just to be clear, I was refunded for only one of my two orders, and it was the lower priced one. The second refund was never issued. No return was ever requested, and I followed proper procedures.

The first order was a trial. Before I finished it, I placed a second order due to a New Year promotion. The product didn’t work for me, customer service stopped responding, and only one of two orders was refunded. I’m sharing this so others are aware of how refunds and communication are handled.
