Delicious Product
So pleased to find this dairy-free kefir drink. I've being wanting to try kefir for sometime but couldn't try conventional products since I am allergic to yoghurt. So pleased to find this water based kefir drink. It is delicious, pleasant tasting and refreshing. Arrived chilled and well packed. Just wondering how I can return the packaging for re-use?

Fantastic customer service
I researched Ginger & turmeric shots and these were the best I found online. Then at checkout it said they couldn’t deliver to my area as I’m north east Scotland. I contacted customer services and they arranged my order & delivery with me personally as the two day delivery time isn’t an issue for the shots, only the juices. I’m so pleased they could deliver to me and very impressed with the customer service.
The shots are are strong flavour to get used to but you can taste all those healthy ingredients!

This is the fourth raw juice brand that I’ve tried and definitely the best!
I actually enjoy the juices and nut milks, especially the cashew and cacao...so tasty!
I’m at the end of the second day and haven’t felt hungry at all which is quite a change for me.
This will help reset my eating habits which have really become bad over winter and set me on a healthier path.
Will definitely order again.

Hi Meriem,
Thank you so much for your feedback, as mentioned in our correspondence yesterday we really welcome your feedback, and we always look to review our packaging to ensure that we are doing it in the most secure way for our customers to receive their Purearth goodies in top notch condition, as well as being environmentally friendly :) Our pulp inserts are fully compostable, and our boxes, glass bottles and icepacks can be recycled or reused - which a lot of our lovely customers do.
Again, we really welcome your feedback, so thank you.

Hi Nicola,
Many thanks for your feedback.
We welcome your feedback on the packaging, and very much take it on board. We want our customers to receive their juices securely packaged and super cold hence the packaging we have in place. That said, we frequently review how best we do that whilst keeping packaging to a minimum, so we'll definitely add that to future reviews.

'Treat Yourself' package made me a Purearth-er
I recieved one of the 'Treat Yourself' packs for my birthday. I was really skeptical at first but after trying two of the cold pressed juices and a shot or two I really started to feel the beenfits; I had more energy, I felt more highdrated and my skin seemed more 'glowing'. I have since ordered my own set of cold pressed juices and shots to get me through the next couple of weeks. Purearth also give you PUREPOINTS which you build up and can use to get money off or free items on future orders.

Give it a go!
I recently bought the 4-day Rainbow Juice Cleanse. Just like I hoped, it's like I've pressed the reset button and I'm feeling great. My delivery was prompt, the bottles/packaging is great and the manual is helpful and easy to understand.
I did have a few mild side effects on day 2 and 3, but they were to be expected (headache, flu-like symptoms).
Two small things that would make my experience better next time...
1. I would opt for the evening green juice, rather than the evening broth. I really struggled with the bitter taste of both the turmeric and thai infused broths.
2. I loved the cacao mylkk, so would love to have the option to choose between that and the regular almond mylkk.

Excellent service when I needed to change my order slightly as I didn't realise it came in two deliveries. I can't fault their customer service. As a first time user, I'm delighted with the quality of the juices and broths too. I'll definitely be planning in another cleanse!
