If you’re unsure like I was… this is worth it!
Excellent customer service to delivery handling with care. The juices are delightful, you can taste the quality and thought of ingredients in each bottle. They also give you a booklet which is quite informative. It was my fist time with juice cleansing and was quite nervous in investing however I did some re search. And took time with my decision and finally chose Pure Earth and it did NOT disappoint. Thank you for making this healthy journey for me easier.

Good Evening Lauren,
As mentioned in my email to you a few moments ago, I just wanted to drop you a quick message on here, to not only acknowledge this, but also thank you for leaving this important feedback about our packaging on your recent order.
I have offered a full explanation as to why this was in my email reply to you. However, just to reiterate here, we're so sorry again that a box shortage resulted in this alternative packaging being used. It's really disappointing to us too given our strong environmental ethics.
Please do not hesitate to come back to my email, and I'm happy to discuss further over the phone with you tomorrow morning too if you'd like.
Kind regards,
Katie

Great initial experience with Purearth…
Great initial experience with Purearth - I tried the alkalising 5 day cleanse and very much enjoyed the experience and benefits. Have since placed another order and recommended to friends who are looking forward to their own. I’ve done many cleanses over the years but previously had the time to do myself or go away for. The future is hoping to gift myself one with Purearth once or twice a year. Really rate the quality of ingredients, thoughtful packaging and no fuss approach and tone. Particularly impressed with their water kefir.

Good Morning Dan,
Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, secondly, I was going to give you a call to discuss, but having checked the system I'm pleased to see my colleague, Zoe resolved this issue for you yesterday. We very much look forward to you receiving your next order - issue free!
Our customer's happiness and wellbeing is our main priority so it's always so disappointing to see any issue occur. As Zoe mentioned, we have raised it with our production team to make sure this doesn't happen again.
Do get in touch with us at help@purearth.co.uk if there is anything in future, as we're here and happy to help!

Good Afternoon Simran,
Many thanks for leaving feedback, we're so sorry to hear that you were missing two of the powders from our cleanse supplement pack. I have actually just this second responded to your email that you sent through to our helpdesk, and on Monday I will give you a call personally too.
As mentioned in my email just now, I can totally understand your disappointment that you were missing these two items, however please be assured that as 'supplements' they aren't 100% essential to having a successful cleanse, and that your body will still be having a fantastic reboot, detox and getting incredible nutrients into your body. Some customers actually don't choose to use them, this said we totally understand that you will have personally wanted to use them, and have not had the experience you will have hoped for, or that we would have wished for you, so please do check your emails as to how I've looked to resolve this for you.
We look forward to hearing from you and I will give you a call on Monday to discuss further.
Kind regards,
Katie
