This company’s product is one the best in its class. It’s very effective. That is, once you receive it. Unfortunately, my personal experience with this company is that it has some issues with shipping and delivery of their product.

Product was shipped and received quickly. Ordered 7g Elektra, but received Otto. CS was quick to reply and make good. However the Otto has been the worst (in my opinion) of all CBD flower I’ve tried. Reminds me of weed from the 90’s.... I’ve ordered several times now from Pure CBD and I have recommended to friends.

Rude, disappointing and never returning.
To say I am disappointed is highly understated. I was referred to this company by a dear friend who uses the product. We happened to have ordered stuff the same day (unknowingly) and they both shipped the same exact day. I was excited! I noticed she had received her package 4 days after ordering and I hadn’t received mine yet, granted it was during the holidays so I gave them extra grace. I waited 10 days... then I contacted DHL because that’s who sent me an email about shipping. My tracking info never got updated, so it looked like they received my package and did nothing with it. When I tried to contact them to figure out where my package was they told me since it had been longer than 10 to contact the person I purchased from. (Side note: I tried this feature earlier in the week and DHL requested I give them more time to update it since sometimes with the season they get backed up) So I contacted CBD exchange via their customer support phone number that is listed clearly on their “Contact Us” section. It clearly requests you to text for the fastest form of support. This is where I became disappointed. The text messages are as follows WORD FOR WORD from myself and the customer support representative.
Me:Hello, I ordered some product on December 31st and have never received my shipment. My order #3913 looks like it was handed over to DHL then they never sent it to USPS like is says they would. I contacted them and they told me to contact you. This is very disappointing. I was recommended to this company by a friend who ordered the same day I did and received her shipment 5 days ago. I'm highly disappointed in my first experience.
THEM:Well. Let me check out your order and see what's going on. Once the item is shipped out we can't control what's happens to the package in transition and it is in no way a reflection of OUR business. We either ship from our warehouse or our 3rd party drop ship platform. My guess is that your friend ordered different items that were in stock at our warehouse and you ordered items that our drop ship platform had in stock and shipped for us. I will get back with you ASAP, I'm working off the clock since it is after 5 pm.
Me:Ok thank you. I tried to go through DHL and figure out what happened but they just said to contact you
THEM:All I can do is contact them and try to locate your package, if I can't I will ship you a new one from our facility.
I followed this with a picture of what the DHL site says about my tracking info and received this
THEM:I'm familiar with that message you sent me. I will figure it out and make sure you get your product.
#1 The use of a Third party drop ship platform not sending your product out in the correct amount of time and/ or losing it IS. direct reflection of your company.
#2 The fact that a customer service rep or whatever they were came back at me using capital letters and attitude was very unprofessional. It is perceived as yelling and I as a customer did not deserve that. I wanted to know what happened to my $75 worth of product and notified them of my disappointment in not receiving it.
#3 I do not care if you are off the clock because it is after 5pm where you are located. I am PST and it was 3pm here. Maybe you shouldn’t list your personal phone number as the customer service line and ask people to text you for fastest customer service.
This company was SO rude. As a first time customer I can honestly say I will never give them my business again. I told my friend who recommended me to this company of this horror story as it was happening and she will also no longer be a customer. It sucks how you responded to a customer expressing their disappointment in not receiving their product that they paid a lot of money for. Please take this as constructive criticism and don’t do it again customers are what keep you afloat, and you just lost two.

Good Alternative
I wasn’t a huge fan of the smell, however it did feel pretty good, not sedating like other cigs I tried. The cigarettes could be packed a little tighter, it kind of is a mess when you first get the box. Much better and legal alternative to the incredibly high THC stuff these days that feels like brain damage. It seemed to have a different or at least less effect smoking them everyday though. With mild and everyonce in a while use I could see it for staying awake, regulating blood sugar, and better blood flow.
