The first clean completed today and the windows look new.
He spent time going over them again where needed as not been done for ages.

I have 2 German Shepherds so I'd asked for a knock before anyone came through the side gate.
Craig did knock and was a really nice guy.
In fact communication right from the start was great.

I noticed my neighbours windows getting cleaned and went over to discuss having mine done. Spoke with John who couldnt be more helpful, he answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wasnt expecting them to do any work today, but he was able to get me in there and then. The difference after the first wash is amazing and I look forward to seeing them again. Communication has been spot on and the different payment options make it so there is an option for everyone. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and everyone who needs a window cleaning service.

Really impressed. Its been great communication from the starr. Was easy to set up, was informed of day for cleaning well in advance, and had a text reminder the day before.
For the first clean we treated the conservatory roof to a clean. I can not actually believe how well its come up. Its blindingly bright to look at now! 😎Amazing job lads. Thank you

Can not say how great these guys are. I used them for about 2 years before I moved. Then I moved a bit out of the area. They review areas the service constantly. I’m still a mile or so outside of that area but as a good customer they said they’ll fit me in.
I can say it does cost more than a normal window clean as they do the frames and sills, but even if it’s not on sale it’s totally worth it, please don’t think the price is really high a month. It’s absolutely not. I can’t give a specific price it all depends on your home. But please message them. If you don’t like the price it’s totally ok, no pressure.
As I said I’ve used you before and I’m so glad you’re doing mine again. Thank you for your recent clean. I’m so grateful. I sent him with some bottled water, some Cheetos and some dog treats for any other dogs he loves to come across. After I lost my baby I got a 4 month old puppy. She’s so bouncy but so lovely. He was great with her.

After being let down by other companies Pure Clean Yorkshire have been such a pleasure to use. Speedy response following a quote request and friendly service from Craig. Very happy with the results of my first clean. Would highly recommend and already have to friends and family!

They did a really thorough job, unlike other companies I have used. Such a good job I'm going to have to clean the windows inside.

Can’t thank these gentleman enough recently moved into a new property in need of a good clean up and was dubious about how well the conservatory could be improved but I can honestly say they’ve made it look brand new, as someone who works full time with a busy family I can’t state how much having someone taking they’re time to make such a good job of a part of my home and taking one more job off my plate means to me and my family. Very professional friendly team that I would hire again in a heart beat.
Also a big shout out to John - customer services skills absolutely on top form.
