The owner, Pam, was a huge help with getting my order ready in time for pick-up the day before Christmas Eve so that I’d have it in time for Christmas, which I’m incredibly grateful for. She even remembered which products my mother used in the past and enjoyed most and made a custom soap using her favorite fragrance, “Sicily”, and included it in my order for no additional charge. Amazing!

I've bought this same (goat milk lotion base) before ,I like the six tub package and haven't had issues with the company or product.
The fact that there are no other ingredients other than the antimicrobial I personally have stopped using that inferior store bought crap let me tell you I can feel all the carcinogens in them store bought lotion is all garbage it really isnt absorbed compared to pure essential i dont feel like im covered in a awful waxy layer ! ,in creating my own formula I can add scents and herbs.

This is my first time I’ve purchased (I ordered 2 - 16 oz bottles of Whisky and Oak FO), shipping to Oregon took a full week and then when the order was finally delivered, it only included 1 - 16 oz bottle. I used the chat feature on the website to advise them of this error and they got the replacement shipped out the next day, BUT didn’t ship to the correct address, so the second bottle is delayed being delivered all weekend due to the address error. I will try purchasing from them again, but will stop if the next order has the same issues.

I have to call everytime I want to go into the shop, but otherwise they always have a LOT of stock and supplies I need for my business!
